Wowowow such decadence in bite! Quick and easy ordering, there was a line of about 8+ ahead of me on the queue but I waited no longer than 5-10'min. Not bad at all. I got to try all their flavors for the day.. I really loved the milk chocolate chip, that came out warm. The Oreo chocolate was also delicious and I'm not the biggest fan of chocolate either! The caramel one was ooey-gooey delicious and the mini sizes are perfect for me. For a half dozen of 6pcs it costs $15. Which they also have an award or loyalty program. I got the delicious, mouthwatering Cookies n Cream with Oreos cake. The cake tasted fresh and so yummy! If they have this flavor again, I would definitely get it. It's one of my top favorites now. I also got the strawberry shortcake which was simply cake, cream, and strawberries. It was refreshing and light! The cookies n cream was the star of the show so the second cake was underwhelming. I would like to update my review, after I was contacted by this location's manager/operator ( I forgot his title). He did explain to me the situation with the employee in that she DID NOT have an open wound on her arm while serving food. If I understood the explanation correctly, she came to work after acting in a disaster/emergency-type scenario at a training. While I expressed to the manager that I am glad the employee was actually alright, I had no way of knowing it was makeup to mimic the look of an open wound. I as a customer would not have known that. The manager did offer me the opportunity to come back in and receive a replacement order which was generous of him. Thank you very much for the follow up Crumbl! read more

I know now what the hype was all about. I only tried ONE cookie flavor but now I can't wait to go back and try them all!!!! UGH! So good! I tried the snickerdoodle cupcake cookie and it was so freaking delicious. Although super super sweet. I placed my order online and checked in from my car. When I walked in there was a screen showing the orders coming next where I saw my name. The order was out pretty quickly but I liked how organized everything is and the staff is super friendly as well. They have different flavors every week so I'd suggest ordering online. It makes it so much easier, but they also offer delivery and catering!! They have a single, 4 pack or 6 pack boxes. Pretty good first visit. I like their POS as I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Got a 6 pack of cookies. They make them fresh everyday and have about 6 different flavors to choose from everyday. With tip, the box of 6 ran me about $26. Are they good? Of course! There's a lot of cookie there. Hard to finish a whole one in one sitting. Is it the best cookie I've ever had, no. I prefer Insomnia cookies. This feels like an experience more than just a treat and experiences are usually saved for special occasions. On those, we will be back! read more

If you're in the mood for cookies this is definitely the place to go. I would love to give Crumbl 5 stars but too often the cookies are way too sweet to enjoy. On average I can eat about a quarter of a cookie a day due to them being overly sweet, so minus 1 star for that. I also have to withhold 1 star because they do not offer any non-dairy ice cream options. If they ever do, my suggestion would be to use oat milk as it will not change the taste and consistency a whole lot if at all not to mention you'll get more ice cream sales. I tried to deliver for crumble the other day and was given an entire pack of crushed cookies so today I got another order for crumble to deliver and I asked to see the cookies before going out for the delivery to make sure that they were all correctly put in the place and not crushed and the manager literally said I've never heard of that in my life And I knew we were gonna have trouble with you DoorDash drivers. The manager was dirty blonde with a bun in her hair and white and the person that gave me the crushed cookies the other day was a bit larger and stature in African-American also with her hair behind her back as per sanitary protocol, of courseabsolutely despicable customer service. Placed an order using Uber eats. After 3 drivers cancelled the delivery I texted the fourth and found that the cookies on Uber were not the correct cookies for the day. I had to go to the crumbl website to see the correct offerings and texted the driver the changes. No calls from the store and why were the incorrect offerings on Uber eats? A call from the store with an apology would have been nice. Won't be ordering again. read more

$5 for a cookie! One! Folks must have more money than sense because the place is full. The cookie is just a cookie - nothing special, slathered in cake frosting. Placing your order is burdensome - you can buy one or 4 but not two. For two we have to order twice on the tablet ( employees are too busy slapping on frosting to help customers. First of all I don't normally post negative reviews unless it's warranted...I did a mobile order online sche for pick up at 11:15, the app said the order was ready at the requested time. I arrived at the store at 11:26 and the order had not even began to prepare the order. so I waited in line for my order while numerous customers ordered in the store and received their order ahead of me. I had even checked in with the pickup counter to tell them I was here to pick up my order. After all of the people in the store had received their orders, I stepped back up to the counter to check on my order and they had not even started it yet, this was after I had been standing there waiting for 15 minutes. at this point they told me they were just starting to fix my order. I finally received my order after 25 minutes of waiting when I had placed the order 2 hours prior for a future pick up time, needless to say I was late for the party. The only response she gave was "I'm sorry for your wait".
