Everyone raves about these cookies so I just had to try them and see if they live up to the hype. We walked in the door and there's a huge line, I think we waited 20 min and nobody even helped one person in line. They were filling mobile orders and not waiting on the in store customers. That doesn't seem like a good plan to me. We decided to order on the app while waiting and by the time we downloaded and started our order they were out of 2 of the cookies we wanted. So only 4 kinds left, we got 1 of each. Honey bun, cookie cup, milk chocolate chip and M&M. A 4 pack was pretty pricey, in my opinion, at $13.18 for 4 cookies. Yes, they were large and yes they tasted good but seriously I could make them for way less! They had 6 flavors this week so we got 2 of each and delivered half to my parents...only because we are nice . Then because we had been tempted by all the amazing smells and reviews we also got a single of the Snickerdoodle Cupcake flavor to share and eat on the drive home. oMg DeLiCiOuS...never have I ever had a cookie so dang good. It was warm, creamy, perfect, and heavenly. For those that have never been, here is a quick little run down! First since they are so busy right now they are only allowing 2-3 groups in at a time. The line forms outside but you are in the shade so it was not bad at all. There is a staff member that waits at the door and visits with you making sure you know all the deets of the place. As you get closer to the door, you start getting wafts of the amazing goodness that is awaiting inside. Just a quick little tease that has you even more excited to get in. Once you get inside you go to the counter place your order and pay. Then you step over to the big counter and wait while they freshly pack your box of cookies and ice them at that time so it is all fresh and the cookies are served warm! (With the exception of the sugar and maybe a few other depending on the weekly flavors, those are served chills and it amazing). They then present you your box and show you your cookies to make sure they are perfect and you are on your way! Now here is the scoop on the menu and flavors...they change each week!! Each Monday they announce the weekly flavors!! The only ones that are weekly are the sugar and most weeks milk chocolate chip. The curbside pickup has been completely hit or miss as far as service goes. On my visit yesterday there was not a big line outside, maybe 2 people max (constantly) at a time waiting to go in. I parked in a designated pickup spot in front of the door (happy to see these) and waited for 30 minutes after check-in before any boxes were brought out for neighboring cars. The people inside were getting their cookies much faster than any of the cars outside, which there were several. A single employee came out with stack of boxes and was flagged down by the car next to me. She told the car next to me that someone would be out soon with her order. 5 minutes later a different employee came out and brought her order to my car - when I told her my name she said she would be right back with mine, that the other employee had forgotten several orders. The app said I had picked up my order, along with a woman that ended up walking to the door to retrieve hers (I overheard her tell the worker that came to my car). I believe what happened was the employee delivering the boxes marked a bunch of orders as delivered when they had not been brought out yet. I have had very quick pickup orders from them in the past with much longer lines, so I believe this goes back to training. Please help your employees with organization and task management. The to-go orders should have been filled before / along with the store orders since we have to choose pick up time windows. I know some workers are doing their best so I hope they can work together and fix the kinks. Also, one of my cookies was completely missing it's frosting and I was in such a hurry to leave for an appointment that I decided not to mess with getting it corrected. I've already been here three times since they opened less than a week ago and I live on the other side of town almost in Jenks. The first couple days was a little rocky. You could tell that they weren't quite ready for all the hype, but that did not impact the quality of the cookies. Same great quality that I've had it every other Crumbl I've been to. By Saturday early afternoon, they had got themselves in a groove and we were in and out (with a full lobby, mind you) within about five minutes. The owner is super sweet, and she was working to create personal connections with us while we waited for our cookies. The staff who I've interacted with are also very friendly and we're all really nice to my toddler. The only thing that would make this location better is if they had the space for some indoor seating. With the heat and humidity we have here, it would be nice to be able to sit and enjoy our cookies in the AC, but that's trivial. read more

Let's talk about Crumbl. We finally drove by when there wasn't an outrageous wait and stopped. Wish we hadn't. I had the fruit pizza, which is probably one of the worst food items I have ever eaten. The cookie did crumble, but it has the consistency of sugar cookie dough left out in a hot kitchen overnight and then refrigerated. Thick, doughy, I wasn't sure that the base had even been baked. Perhaps it was waved over an organic soy tea light candle. If the candle had been scented, the cookie might have been flavored. The icing was a thick glob of butter cream. Thick. Cold. Glob. Spread thickly across the cookie. Half as much would have been enough. Have you ever eaten an entire can of icing from Walmart in one sitting - it was like that. Topped with festive fruit. Except the fruit was sad. Rather than a green jewel, the grape was imperfect with multiple brown scars across the surface. The two blueberries presented as withered and wrinkled, the faded memory of their plump self as a presentation of your great grandmother's lost youth - it surprises you when you see her in old pictures and makes you recognize what a beauty she was in the day, but we all feel the sadness because those days passed long ago. The raspberry was a bleeding mush, placed just moments before it's structural integrity gave way and it collapsed into the mushy goo. When removed it left an unattractive red stain on the butter cream. The mandarin slice, plump and juicy, was unbalanced by the complete lack of sweetness and flavor in the cookie, a crasher of the party, an unwelcome surprise, the brainchild of an amateur food artist that insists that something alive and orange must go right there. It must be something like something else, they arrogantly say to the nodding elite waiting in line for their artistic wisdom, without being nearly as good as the thing it's supposed to be like, this is the essence of the art. I vote no on many places but for a $4.00 cookie that takes 20 minutes or more of my life to get, that I could make myself by leaving some frozen refrigerator dough out in the Sun, that isn't made with care or concern, I just expect something worthwhile. Today I decided to cheat on my diet (heavily). I ordered panda express and crumbl cookies. I ordered a 4 pack of cookies: chocolate chip, peanut butter reeses pieces, corn bread, and vanilla sugar. They arrived on my doorstep warm, even during a cold and snowy day. Now, let's talk flavor. I loved each one, as they were everything I hoped for. The chocolate chips were chunky and gooey. The vanilla sugar had soft frosting on top that tasted authentic and not artificial. The corn bread was my favorite. It wasn't over the top with sweetness. It was buttery, with the corn bread-grainy texture one expects when eating anything with cornmeal in it. Very unique! I definitely needed milk with the peanut butter reeses pieces cookie! So, the only con to these cookies were that they were pretty undercooked. The sugar cookie was translucent in the center. They definitely needed to cook longer. Other than that, they were amazing!
