I enjoy Crumbl cookies but not this location. They don't manage to get orders right and are often out of multiple flavors - guys you ONLY make like 6 flavors for the WEEK. Kinda think the store is just poorly run and poorly staffed. read more

The cookies are good if they manage to give you the correct ones. Also if you use the app be sure to double check the total charge. Because if the amount isn't correct they will tell you to contact the company website who in turn tells you to go back to the store. Never had any issues with the south county location. read more

So I went in because we were craving a chocolate chip cookie. I can't order just two, so I ordered the cookies, they began to process the order then they told me they only had 2 chocolate chip cookies. Then they told me me I could swap out but they were out of two other types. Out of chocolate chip cookies? Your mainstay? How can you be out of your mainstay at 7:20pm? You only make cookies, right? History

Established in 2017.

Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. Even though Crumbl is now a booming franchise with an expanding global footprint, our mission is stronger than ever. Crumbl's goal is to bring friends and family together over the best desserts in the world.

I honestly love this place! It is one of my personal favorites but can be a little pricey. The cookies are big and worth your money and I love if they can are different every week! They have your cookies out so fast and you never have to wait that long for them do you can just dig right in. I love when we walk in and they all together say "Welcome to Crumbl" this place is overall very clean no dirt or dust and it has a friendly environment. I will say these cookies are a little sweet but are really good just make sure you add a glass of milk. I think that they overall and do a great job with the flavors each week. One thing I would say is that they should offer samples they have so many flavors each week they should let you taste them before you get stuck and buying a one you may not like. Disappointing tonight. Ordered ahead and mainly came for the last day of tres leches. While waiting, I was next but I heard a whole conversation about how they only had two left (one girl actually said "make Lauren's first" multiple times but no one did so). Because a lady after me had ordered two and I only ordered one, they gave her both. So instead of accommodating my one and giving the other lady one of her two, they gave both to her and caused me to cancel the whole order since that's why I came. Orders should be fulfilled in the order received, not to be able to fulfill the count of an order that came in after another. read more
