That said- the Google reviews are stellar and that's amazing in any town. So, my husband and I are Ramen fans and it's even hard to find a great spot in our hometown of Tampa and that's a big city. So we were excited to give The Fuse a try! Wow! We were certainly glad we did. We each ordered the Tonkatsu Ramen with pork. My husband opted for the spicy version and 2 orders of edamame! You wouldn't think you could mess up edamame - but restaurants do. Not here though. The Ramen was DELICIOUS. Perfectly seasoned broth, delectable pork, perfectly cooked noodles and bamboo shoots- both dishes really hit the spot! The staff are friendly and preparation was relatively quick! You could tell this place was popular by the "revolving door" of take out patrons and DoorDash drivers as well as the folks dining in! Tonight was a pleasant surprise and we can't wait to return and try the sushi offerings! The Fuse is a must visit if Ramen and sushi are your speed.
