I typically just get spritzers and they're good. I got a 16oz coffee twice recently. Two days in a row, same employee and the same drink. First day it was $6.50 and second day was $10.20 and I had asked for extra ice and it had a handful of pieces floating on the top. It is closer to where I live but worth the drive to go somewhere else. Unfortunately, they're always talking bad about customers while you wait too. I love their milkshakes. Their service used to be fantastic. The most recent 3 times I've arrived shortly before 9:00 pm. While I recognize I was cutting it close, I couldn't get there any earlier coming from my coaching job at the college. All 3 times I was told that they were closing in 3-5 minutes, and couldn't make milkshakes. This third time, when I was told the blenders were shut off because they were closing in 3 minutes, I pointed out that they weren't closed yet. But I was told that it would take longer than 3 minutes to make, and they closed at 9:00 pm and so couldn't serve me. After 3 strikes, I'm out. Not coming back. read more

I do hate to leave a bad review as I've always had good experience's with this company in the past. It has been a while since I've been to this location and frankly was appalled. I know busy restaurants and coffee stands get crazy which in turn causes some mess, but in my opinion it was dirty. I probably wouldn't have noticed as much had it not been for the gal standing on the counter while the other gal was making someone's coffee directly underneath her . I've attached pictures. I'm very disappointed as it made me wonder what was happening where my coffee was being made! The hours sign says closes at 9pm? Think again. Their sign should say the place closes at 8:50. It's the same girl every time that when we pull up a few minutes BEFORE CLOSE she makes some dumb excuse why she can't make us shakes. "We close in three minutes." (So, you're NOT CLOSED YET.) "Our blenders are shut down." (Why are you "shutting down" your blenders when you're not closed yet?) There were three cars on one side and we were the second car on the other and we got turned away. This has happened three times with this same girl and she's got an attitude problem to go with her poor work ethic. If you're not closed yet, you're still GETTING PAID TO SERVE PEOPLE. Working a closing shift doesn't mean you go home AT close, it means you WORK UNTIL closed. And sometimes you have to work a few minutes extra if people come close to close, which, believe it or not, IS OKAY. As long as they come before 9pm, you've got no valid reason to turn customers away. I've worked many customer service jobs, and that's just how it is. One place I worked at even let people order stuff a few minutes after close. NEVER come here. At least, not after 8:50 because saying they close at 9pm is a lie. read more

Horrible service. Mean girls. I went and ordered a simple mocha shake and I was greeted with "what do you want" no smile no anything.. I then wanted to order my kid something and she rolled her eyes at me. Two girls making drinks started talking crap about me saying "why is she looking at us in here" (when I wasn't I was looking out the window at some birds with my kids but that made me look their way) and she came over and slammed the window in my face .. then came back to make me pay ... she handed me my drinks and said "Kay that's all right" and I just drove away before I said something unpleasant... Never had a problem like this anywhere else and my usual baristas at other stands are very nice and get know me and seem to want my business. Just picked up 2 16 oz milkshakes and after tax it was over $17!! That's a $5 increase over what we used to pay not too long ago. When did coffee become as expensive as a meal? This is the BEST coffee stand in the Valley. The have a huge variety of foods and drinks, I can even get a deli sandwich at 6:30 in the morning which really makes my day. But the best part about this place is the people who work there. They are the most amazing and sweet people. I've been going there on my way to work most mornings for twoish years because they treat me so well. They have my order memorized which makes me feel really special. Plus, my dog loves them and gets excited to see them in the morning. This place is so good I literally drive 10 minutes out of my way to stop by on the way to work. read more

Last year a friend of mine took me to Cruisin' Coffee to try something amazing. I fell in love and have been going there since. I noticed the last several months MAJOR inconsistencies. Once day my drink would be $7.45, the next day $8.50. Sometimes they would remember to ASK if I wanted whip or not, sometimes they put it on regardless. I love the drink so I was not too upset by the back and forth. I am on my second refill card. You buy 12 drinks and get the 13th free. So thats 80$ on the low end. Today I was out with my granddaughters and thought I would run in for my freebie and go about my day. When I pulled up and ordered I was told that my 13th drink could ONLY be a "regular espresso drink" . I didn't even know what to say. I drove off and went DIRECTLY to Grounded Coffee where i burst into tears. NEVER EVER SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT A BUSINESS THAT TREATS YOU RUDELY. read more

This used to be the place to go to in Mount Vernon... Girls knew who you were, order was ready and perfect no matter what crew you got helping you. It's now not that way. Any time I order a toasted bagel it's cold (that's a trick I can't figure out at home) and the butter or peanut butter I ask for isn't melted (it's that cold). I just left there after ordering a 12 oz hot chocolate which I heard the girl at the window tell the person making it a "kids hot chocolate" as I'm not a kid I'm not quite sure why but since she walked away I couldn't ask. When I got it, I tasted it and it was luke warm so I asked for a regular one as this was not hot enough and I hadn't asked for it to be a kids one. She took the drink away and 2 seconds later brought the exact drink back (still not warm) and said "here". At this point I knew they wouldn't remake it I just left and threw it away since it was ice cold at that point. Too bad they make you pay and tip before they give you your drink and food. read more

This place is a bit on the spendy side but it has higher quality options than most coffee stands. The sugar-free white chocolate flavor is the delicious powdered variety. The baked goods are from the Linden Dutch Bakery near Bellingham. They also have coffee options which are organic (and possibly fair trade) but, unfortunately, that's only by special request. I asked for a red bull with a splash of cream. What I got was a Luke warm red bull that literally had zero carbonation. I came back and told the girl and she asked if I wanted her to put soda water in it??? Wtf? First off how are you going to put soda water in it already for 24 ounce cup to make a difference?
