We met for drinks and everything seemed normal -- our card was taken and held at the bar all night, as usual. But when it came time to close out, a staff member suddenly accused us of possibly using a stolen or fraudulent card and demanded ID before we could pay, despite the card having been in their possession the entire evening. The staff member handling this was noticeably rude, and no one else on staff could explain why we were singled out for this treatment. Our group happened to be the only table made up entirely of people of color that night, which made the whole thing feel even more uncomfortable and hard to write off as a simple misunderstanding. I reached out to management multiple times afterward to get an explanation and never got a response, which is part of why I'm leaving this review instead. If this is a result of new management or a policy change, it's not a good look. I can't recommend this place anymore, and I'd suggest others be cautious

I've never seen so many regulars come in and give the bartenders cheerful hugs, Don't worry about being a stranger though cause they greet everyone with warm smiles and frosty mugs. Buy a drink during happy hour and they'll give you a colored marker chip, If you don't want to be labeled a tightass then you better damn well give your server a good tip.
