I know it was Friday evening and they were packed, plus they were dealing with a large party, but I think the only reason we got our food when we did was because our server, who was also a bartender, noticed we hadn't gotten our food. He brought our entrees out and they looked good. I immediately noticed my food was cold and had been sitting for a while. My wife commented her pasta was cold as well.
