A customer accidentally broke a drink, but the employee immediately cut them off from service without any apparent justification. The way the situation was handled came across as unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational. I believe this employee's attitude and approach to customer service need to be addressed. Based on this experience, I do not plan to return. Thank you for your time.
