To start, I ordered the Burlington sunrise cocktail, and it was exceptionally good. The menu also explicitly notes that all gluten-free items are prepared separately, providing immense peace of mind. My dad and I shared the cheese curd pull-apart appetizer, which was delicious, complemented by ranch dressing that was quite fantastic. For my main course, I ordered the BLT on gluten-free bread accompanied by fries. Although it initially arrived with onion rings by mistake, the staff quickly remedied the error and brought out a fresh side of fries, made easy by their dedicated fryers. My dad ordered the sausage, and everyone at the table agreed that the food was fantastic. The service matched the quality of the food. When I mentioned my celiac diagnosis to our server, she responded immediately with an reassuring and confident "no problem." To top off a wonderful evening, we discovered they host a trivia night, part of a rotating schedule detailed on a special activities menu showcasing the fun events they offer every night of the week.

While I understand that every job has its challenging moments, those conversations are best kept out of earshot of guests, as they can detract from an otherwise enjoyable experience. Aside from that, our visit was enjoyable, and that's the one area I would recommend improving.
