The owners were incredibly supportive--reliable, responsive, and followed through on every promise. One of the things we appreciated most was their flexibility. Unlike many venues that require you to use their preferred vendors for catering, bartending, or florals, August Meadows gave us the freedom to choose our own. That made a huge difference in creating a day that felt personal and unique. We also opted to have them handle the cleanup the following morning, and it was absolutely worth the extra cost--stress-free and seamless. The location itself is secluded and offers a wonderful sense of privacy. I highly recommend visiting in person to ensure it aligns with your expectations. As a small heads-up: the parking area is unpaved, and there's a bit of gravel to walk through, which posed a slight challenge for a few guests in high heels. Also, having a microwave in the clubhouse would be a nice addition. Other than that, our experience was outstanding. I would wholeheartedly recommend August Meadows to anyone looking for a beautiful, flexible, and well-managed venue.

The parking area is dirt (owner made sure it was watered prior so minimal dust). Getting from the parking area into the venue area there is small gravel so watch your step and footwear.

Kelly and her team made setting up a breeze. They knew exactly how to maneuver each aspect of the venue. On the day of the wedding, Kelly was truly the biggest help. She was everywhere at once and helping with every step. At one point, I looked at Kelly as I was overwhelmed with the moment and she knew exactly how to get me out of the stressful situation and guide everyone to the next step of the reception. She was by your side the whole time without being overbearing. I couldn't have had a better coordinator. Daisy Mae was such a great choice to add to our barn wedding. Kelly's team of bartenders were ON TOP of it. We had about 150ish people who were drinking for the whole 6 hours. They did a great job at creating our signature drinks and utilizing the alcohol provided. The Corral Booth was great. We added a photo printer to utilize for our guest book. Kelly doesn't typically use this as the pictures are sent digitally, but she added it for us. The printer had trouble keeping up with the amount of pictures taken, but Kelly personally checked on it throughout the night and made sure I received all the printed pictures. I also loved being able to have access to all the pictures that people took throughout the night. Overall, Kelly and her team helped make our wedding everything we wanted. Thank you!

They were accommodating and came out to measure to make sure everything would fit. Day of install they where on time and very professional. We did not end up meeting tent as it did not rain until the day after the party but the tent really rounded up the decor and was part of the vibe for the evening. He spent about 12 hours with us and never once complained. He was always helpful, especially when unloading our bags, and made the entire day run seamlessly. One of the highlights was when he happily stopped so we could watch and take pictures of a bear we spotted in Yosemite. That extra bit of flexibility made the trip even more memorable. I also tend to get carsick, but both of our drivers were exceptionally smooth behind the wheel, so I never had any issues. The bus itself was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained.
