After engraving, the glasses had visible cracks, and when I went to gently hand wash them, they completely shattered. I've worked with them for a small award and they did an excellent job and were able to work with our logo despite not having the highest quality of image to work with, it still came out great. They are true artisans and custom-make everything. Not only that, they also take care of all the stray cats in the neighborhood--I saw another review that said that this place is "more of an animal shelter" but since they do most of their orders via online or mail order, that doesn't effect the business and whenever you walk past, you will see anywhere from 5 to 15 cute kitties looking back at you! I personally think that their charitable work for the local cat population is a selling point rather than a reason to give 1 Star.
