We left excited, accomplished and confident in their ability to design our perfect ring. Less than 24 hours later we had designs emailed to us that were all so gorgeous and had the elements we wanted! First ring was resized same day as well talk about efficient! The same is also true for service (if you need it). I have never been pressured here, but always welcomed. In the past three years, I have visited countless times. I only purchase when I feel time is right, and in those three years I've purchased only three times. And yet every time they greet me with a smile! That's the way to build a business relationship. And when things go wrong? I was recently given the wrong box for a watch I purchased at closing time. (I got the watch all right, just the wrong box.) It was resolved before opening the next day. Perfect! Everyone in the store is wonderfully helpful. I usually deal with John F and John P while looking at watches, and every time it's like visiting old friends. Why go anywhere else?

So I won't go into detail again due to yelp threatening to remove my account, but I will never shop there again due to that rude staff member and I recommend no one else does.
