I only purchase when I feel time is right, and in those three years I've purchased only three times. And yet every time they greet me with a smile! That's the way to build a business relationship. And when things go wrong? I was recently given the wrong box for a watch I purchased at closing time. (I got the watch all right, just the wrong box.) It was resolved before opening the next day. So I won't go into detail again due to yelp threatening to remove my account, but I will never shop there again due to that rude staff member and I recommend no one else does. I ended up going to watches of Switzerland down the road and they were extremely pleasant to deal with.
