Instead of going all the way to the front of the store again I found a man in a back room and asked him and from the start not friendly at all. He just said over at the end of the store. I said that I went to the aisle the young lady had told me and he actually looked at me and said, no you weren't there. I said excuse me, I was there. He said no you weren't. He brought me to an aisle that I was not told that's where I should be. I looked at him and said this is to a competition. I let him know that he owed me an apology and he walked away. I asked him if there was a manager that I could speak with and he said, I don't know. If you're working you know if your manager is there or not. Asked to speak with a manger and really did did not get a good feeling that anything would be accomplished. I told him that all the man had to say was that he was bust and he would get someone to help me. Rude does not make I better. I will not be going back to that store.

Mieke takes the time on each and every piece to find the perfect frame, the perfect mat the perfect size, etc. She has turned framing into it's own design/art form and the results are stunning. We've brought her everything from paintings to simple family photos to antique photos of our great grandfather and each one ended up unique and special. We have had family and guests ask us where we had things framed because they are so beautiful and "not what everyone else has". Just as important as the end product is the process with Mieke.
