When I explained the situation to Harry, he showed incredible customer service and said he'd do everything possible as long as I stayed responsive. Their art team worked quickly to finalize the design, and Harry even warned me about potential challenges with our tricky polyester jackets. Still, he delivered. In just 3 days, our jackets were done, and they looked fantastic--crisp, bold, and a huge hit at the conference!
