we have had our Woodplay set for a year to the day of this review:…read more Pro: - Install was professional and well done - Customer service was great in walking you through the process Con: - Quality of the wood/stain finish it showed signs of wear in 6 months on areas that don't have kids on it (roof) - when I called and asked about this, they said all play sets are recommended to have a "service" done 1 year after purchase. - the stain they use is $100/Gallon, if I'm paying $100/Gallon for stain it better not wear off in less than a year because of rain - Cost. you get similar quality from Costco Overall, if I had to get another play-set I would probably purchase plans and build it myself with quality wood.

I was…read moretold it would arrive within 10 days, which fit my time line for the shirt as I was giving it away. After the 10 days of not receiving it, I reached out and found out they had not started the order. I told them to cancel it. They did not respond. Well over a week later, they told me they were finally sending it, which I told them again to cancel the order and told them I would be returning the item. They ignored it and sent it to me. I then went online to return the item and some how, even after receiving multiple emails and a shirt, I no longer had an account with them. I sent a complaint, and they said they would respond within 24 hours. It has been a week. They are horribly run and people should avoid them for concerns if there is an issue with the order.
