Not only was he patient with me that I was a little late, he took the time to explain how the old lock functioned and what changes he would need to make. Locked out of a keyed interior residential room on a Saturday. Crown Locksmith arrived very promptly (within 30 min.). Courteous, friendly and professional. The lock had been broken, so it was more than a simple "pick". He went the extra mile to carefully spare the handle and was able to fix the lock. He didn't even charge me any more than the initial quote, which I thought was a fair price, especially for a weekend. I am very grateful for the excellent service. read more

My only regret is I didn't call them sooner! I've had a difficult door and tricky keys. The kind you have to pull door tight and manage the key "just right" for the door to open. By the time he was done, I could open the door single handed with one smooth single turn- I can't believe it took me two years to call. He was done in less than an hour and it was far less expensive than I would have ever thought. Highly recommend and will use again if ever needed! read more
