You know, I visited this location for the first time around 2024. At the time I spoke to Alisha. I believe she was the owner if I'm not mistaken. She had inspected some old good and silver pieces I had and gave me a really good price on them so we did business. No complaints. At the time I asked her to give me an estimate on a gold ring that I have. After her inspection she had offered me $1850. I did not sell it at the time. I was just curious at where they might be at with the price. Well, now fast forward to April. I decided that I might be interested in letting go of my diamond ring for the right price to do some improvements on my vehicle. So I decided to pay Alicia a visit. At this point I will say that I am honestly expecting there to be more value in the ring since gold is at an all time high since the last time I visited. I decided to call and make sure she would be available. Unfortunately after several attempts I could never reach her at location. Everyone I would speak to would never offer a time so that I could schedule with her directly so I went ahead and just decided to see whoever was there at the time. Upon arrival, I see that they had did a complete remodel of the office from my previous visit. It is much more elegant than previous. There were 2 guys working and I end up with the guy at the desk farthest from the door. ( I apologize, I didn't get names) I show him the ring for the quote and he immediately starts complimenting it and shows what appears to be genuine excitement. While he is inspecting it he asks me if I had ever got a quote on it. I tell that I actually have and that it was done there by Alicia back in 2024. He promptly asks me what price she gave me and I decide to hold that back so I can see what he comes up with. This is where they lose me completely. He ends up offering me $800. Smh. I tell him he is way offffff.......... I then share what the original quote was in 2024 by Alicia. I express to him that his quote can't be right on the fact that gold has skyrocketed since then. I also directly ask him if he is just crazy low balling me on purpose ( I know, of course he is going to say no to that but I had to ask. Right??) after some back and forth he tells me that is all he is authorized to offer?!? Than he goes on to tell me he is "messaging" Alicia. He takes some pictures etc. Now they start to say gold has gone down, and the diamond pricing has gone down, and supposedly the clarity of my diamond is horrible. Let's not forget how he was drooling over my ring when I first walked in. What's even crazier is that as they are insulting my diamond it's part of the value the original quote that she had given me in 2024 was purely on the gold. She specifically told me that they don't count the gemstones because they treated as scrap so it's just a gold that has value Which is crazy but her words. Also, when he quoted me 800 he told me he couldn't price anything on the diamond. So at this point, I'm like one this place is turned into crooks. and second, is he even talking to Alicia? Is she even the same person I dealt with in 2024 or really the owner or still the owner. As far as I'm concerned too many question marks now looks pretty on the outside with the remodel and all, but on the inside to me it's horrible now. And I know you're gonna say well. You only visited one time in 2024, but that one time in 2024 was crazy made a huge difference because I have visited other place prior to going there and she seemed to be honest sincere and had very fair quotes. Hey all I can say is this get multiple opinions do your research before signing off with these guys. I don't recommend them unless you're just not caring about what you're unloading, but k steering clear of this place in the future. read more

Went off a referral to meet with Hector as I was curious to learn more about the industry offerings. Location is to the side of a shopping center with plenty of parking. Hector was welcoming, professional, knowledgeable and patient. He walked me through his pamphlet so I could grasp all available options in simplified terms. In the end I felt comfortable and excited to be a part of the industry that I purchased my 1st beautiful piece. I already know what I want next! Make sure to stop by and see Hector! read more

I went with a friend to sell her trinkets and old broken jewelry. The gold appraiser Logan is very courteous and understanding and used acid to measure the gold carats and is knowledgeable to answer our questions. He gave us the best rate at that time and also gave us his time even though he had many customers in line. Will recommen. read more

Met with Alicia upon entering the establishment. She was friendly and very personable. I asked her to give me an estimate on my pieces of gold jewelry, coins and casino tokens. I had done my homework prior to going so I had a general idea of the amount I should receive. She was very close. I intended to price shop but because her prices were fair, I went with her. Overall, her business environment was casual and laid back. There was no pressure and her process was very transparent. Everything from having the scale right in front of me with the weight showing; to pricing everything individually and writing it down in a list, it was all up front. I will definitely be back to use her services. read more

These guys are great, I was going to sell my Silver Maples online so I checked APMEX and JM Bullion. The shipping was going to be a hassle so I looked locally and found Crown Gold Exchange. They offered to buy them at a very reasonable price ( a little better even than the online dealers), without the hassle of shipping and waiting to get paid. It was a no brainer, they were very fast, friendly and efficient and passed my honesty test with flying colors. Will definitely be going back read more

Logan was the third meeting I had to get offers on the items I was selling. He was, by far, the easiest to talk with and understand the offer that was being made. He worked with me on the final price and we came to a fair agreement for both of us. It was a pleasure doing business with him and Crown Gold Exchange. I have some other items that I will be bringing in to him to discuss. read more

I was referred to Crown by a friend, and I'm very glad I went. Hector assisted me with gold coin trading and demonstrated exceptional honesty, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. I had previously visited a few other gold dealers in the area, but they felt more like pawn shops. At Crown, you truly experience the level of professionalism expected for this type of clientele. I'm genuinely grateful for the excellent service and competitive pricing. Highly recommended. I would give 10 stars if that were an option. read more

Logan was super unprofessional over the phone. Horrible customer service. Called for a service and told me he did not have time for all of that right now. I asked for his name 3 times and he said ill give you a call back and hung up on me while speaking. Wouldn't recommend a place with these types of manners. Drive yourself to the next nearest location for better service. read more

When calling around and, I believe I called six businesses who were rude, never called back and/or had no patience with a first time customer. I was so happy to have found Hector! He was kind and very patient with my questions I had. Hector was off the day my appointment was, so I worked with Daniel and he was great too! He was kind and also explained everything in full detail of what he was doing with the process of older jewelry. It's quite a process, but if you have either Hector and/or Daniel they make feel at ease and will answer all your questions from the beginning to the end without being embarrassed. I will be back! Thank you! read more

I went in to sell a diamond halo engagement ring. Staff was genuine & honest. I got a quote online for my gold. I then literally went into this shop a few hours later and they told me it was worth $200 less. The best part is that the price of gold two hours earlier when they quoted me, gold was actually cheaper. This is a bait and switch store. They give you some high number when you e-mail them, then you go into the shop physically and they go, nope, we aren't paying you that much, take it or leave it. AVOID and I do NOT recommend this place. read more

My wife and I came in to see if we could sell some gold jewelry we had come across going through her Grandfather's home. We were kindly greeted by Hector. He was very informative, honest and had such a great attitude. As he went over the jewelry we had some great conversations about different types of jewelry, coin and gold/silver. We were happy with the price he valued the jewelry at and even came back the next day with some more we had come across. Again we were greeted by Hector and had more conversations while we were there. We were more surprised at the price he valued the jewelry at for a second round. We would definitely consider coming back again and doubt we would be disappointed. Thank you again Hector, you rock! read more

Initial appointment to get a quote was good. Alisha was friendly and answered all questions. She took the time to quote all 37 coins and gave me a written itemized value for each coin. The quote was fair and a little more than another dealer. After doing some research, I returned a week later to sell the coins. I chose to be paid via a bank wire transfer. The transfer was quick and verified on my bank's app in less than a minute. I can't imagine having a better experience. Each visit is private by appointment only. read more
