I had a brow lamination and stain with Adanna today, and it was hands-down the best lamination/stain experience I've had. She was amazing - so kind, easy to talk to, and genuinely attentive to what I wanted. She was incredibly detailed, checked in with me throughout the process to make sure I was happy with how everything was looking, and really went the extra mile to make sure I absolutely loved the final result. At the same time, she was super efficient and respectful of my time, which I really appreciated. My brows came out BEAUTIFUL. And Adanna is far from the only wonderful person here. Afsana has done my henna brows and is consistently amazing - they always turn out beautifully. Dahlal is also fantastic with threading. There is just a really high level of talent here across the board. I also have to give a special shout-out to Vetsa at the front desk. She is exactly the kind of person you want as the face of a salon. Whether I've needed to reschedule an appointment or had something I wasn't completely satisfied with, she has always been incredibly kind, pleasant, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making sure everything gets taken care of and that I leave happy. She is truly an expert and was professional, sweet, warm, and so easy to talk to. I had a lash lift, lash tint, eyebrow lamination, and eyebrow tint and Melanie absolutely nailed it! In love with them! Booking was super easy online and my appointment started right on time. Everything felt professional and relaxing from beginning to end. I especially love the Korean lash lift because it's gentler on the lashes and includes conditioning steps. I prefer this method!
