A GREAT HOME IN A PERFECT LOCATION. Jun 2017…read more From the start we had incredible service and professionalism provided by LA Guest Suites. It was great having such a responsive team standing by to take care of a few tiny minor glitches that were done quickly and perfectly. For the home, having rented over a dozen homes in the LA area...and a good share elsewhere, this lovely home has become our absolute favorite. It was the perfect size for our family (2 adults and 2 teens), providing all of us with enough room to have our own space, and spacious enough in common areas to enjoy watching a movie, playing board games, and having dinners. The space was light and bright, really well-furnished, and the gorgeous walk-in closet made me want one at home. We fell in love with this part of town, strolling Robertson and Melrose were a breeze. Great restaurants, shopping, everything was pretty fabulous. Though the kitchen was not as well-stocked as other rentals, that was such a minor point. All in all, this was a great 2 weeks and we're eager to return to West Hollywood.

I was expecting average budget-friendly qualities; dingy/smelly rooms with subpar amenities and half-working remotes. However, this place exceeded my expectations! The staff were extremely friendly, the place was clean, the room was not dingy, it was a welcoming environment. The location was literally in the heart of it all in West Hollywood. Being aware of how much parking costs ($50/day with in&out privileges) BEFORE arriving will save any frustrations, as I did my research and still found it to the the cheapest option around (for room and parking total) so I was not bothered by that. Some people were not aware of the parking situation ahead of time and gave negative reviews for that but 1) it's not the hotel's fault you didn't do your research adequately and 2) even with parking, the grand total is cheaper than any other hotel around. Housekeeping is by request and they have someone at the front desk 24/7 you can call about needing new towels/etc. One negative: I had an accessibility room that has a walk in shower and for some reason the people who constructed the room did a very poor job because the drain is improperly placed to the point where taking a quick 5 minute shower (while being VERY conscious to try and mitigate water going everywhere) leads to the entire bathroom being flooded that it completely soaks the carpet in the bedroom for the first few feet out the bathroom door. I probably could have moved rooms but my stay was so short, I already unpacked everything, and it was so late at night that I did not want to go through the hassle of moving. It did not take away from my enjoyable experience though! Overall, if you're looking for an amazingly convenient location to hit up the West Hollywood night life by foot on a budget, I HIGHLY recommend staying at the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham West Hollywood Hotel & Suites!!

The location is the only justification for the room rate, and I'm surprised Ramada is willing to put their name on this property. Vending machines very comprehensive as yes, there's no restaurant and the bar is purely decorative. Pool is small and on the second floor; nice lobby. Beds are comfortable; maid service is by request only, though they were happy to provide more coffee. Beds were comfortable and in-room fridge adequate. Staff was helpful, though when I asked them to call me a cab I got some sort of rideshare with no meter.

It was one…read moreof the quietest and most peaceful hotel stays we've ever had, which was such a pleasant surprise for LA. The property is tucked away but still within walking distance of a few shops, which made it feel private yet convenient. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the pool area is large and relaxing--perfect for unwinding after a day out. We also really enjoyed the small bar and the musician photo gallery, which gave the hotel such a cool, creative vibe. The brunch menu was a little fancy for me, but the staff went out of their way to accommodate and make something simple. I'm a pancake-and-bacon kind of gal, so I was very thankful they made it happen! We didn't get a chance to visit the spa this trip, but it's definitely on the list for next time. The villas looked adorable as well, and I would love to stay in one on a future visit. We were nervous about finding a place we loved in LA since we usually stay in the Irvine/Newport Beach area, but this hotel is now our favorite spot in Los Angeles. Highly recommend!

This is the perfect place for anyone visiting Hollywood and its environs, especially if they want seclusion, hipster vibes, and luxury all in one. While I haven't stayed in a room or villa here, I have spent time on the sprawling property and explored its nooks and crannies. The public areas are clean and retro (think '60s, mostly, to my mind) and note the music industry nods at every turn. I will let my photos do more of the talking. The parking is either valet, right in front, or on the street. The vegetation is almost tropical and there is shade from beautiful mature trees on all sides. You will be close to the action while enjoying a sanctuary from the glitsy-glam chaos that is legion in this part of Los Angeles. If I wanted a cool getaway, this would be near the top of my own list.
