So I found Mr. Kennedy on a Google search and he took my call. He said his day was already mixed up and he had planned a project he could hold off on which meant he was at my house in an hour. He checked everything and no leak could be found in the house. He said he would come back the next day, Monday early and work on it some more. He found it wasn't leaking coming into the house. He put on a shut off valve in my crawl space which helped isolate the issue. Turns out he loves to BBQ and loves the Kentucky Derby. Mr. Kennedy is a very nice person. He identified the leak and found where it is. I'd call this local business again and I recommend this company.

My friend purchased a monthly service with their new hvac system from Drake before sold to Bassett…read moreHeating and Air. Bassett is to honor the service that Drake sold her and doesn't. Drake would never treat their customers like such and I'm sure if they knew this was the service or lack thereof they would not have sold it to this company. It is my regret that I cannot speak positively about business but I feel that people need to know what they're buying. The unit will sell itself but the service is more important because people need to know that a company will show appreciation for someone paying 1000's of dollars and want reliable preventative service to make their hvac system last. I'm sad to know this is the kind of service or lack thereof Bassett provides. DO BETTER BASSETT, SHAME ON YOU. You have cancelled every service scheduled and conveniently waited the same day to cancel. How much more inconsiderate and unappreciative can you be!

I cannot recommend Davis #173-5933 from Roto-Rooter highly enough…read more From my very first conversation with him through the completion of the job, Davis was the epitome of professionalism. He was honest, knowledgeable, communicative, and transparent every step of the way. As an out-of-state property owner, I especially appreciated how he kept me informed throughout the process, explained what needed to be done and why, and never pressured me into unnecessary work. After dealing with two other companies whose service left much to be desired, working with Davis was a breath of fresh air. He restored my confidence that there are still contractors who value integrity and customer service, unlike Service Experts and Integrity Plumbing & Drain. He completed the installation promptly, kept his word, and ensured my tenant had hot water restored as quickly as possible. If you're looking for a plumber you can trust, ask for Davis at Roto-Rooter. His professionalism, honesty, and commitment to doing the job right are exactly what every homeowner hopes to find. Thank you, Davis, for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience. The Roto-Rooter representative who took my call and connected me with Davis was fantastic as well. Finally, the value, quality, timeliness, timer service, and professionalism far outpaced Service Experts and Integrity Plumbing & Drain.
