So I found Mr. Kennedy on a Google search and he took my call. He said his day was already mixed up and he had planned a project he could hold off on which meant he was at my house in an hour. He checked everything and no leak could be found in the house. He said he would come back the next day, Monday early and work on it some more. He found it wasn't leaking coming into the house. He put on a shut off valve in my crawl space which helped isolate the issue. Turns out he loves to BBQ and loves the Kentucky Derby. Mr. Kennedy is a very nice person. We have asked for them to just replace the unit, they won't. Now there are parts ordered, 1 part arrived to my mom's house. When I called to tell them, I was hung up on and told I was disrespectful for telling him I was baffled they did not have my mom's info. Allegedly, someone is coming out today to install the 1 part that has shown up, but no word on the 2nd part and when it will arrive so it still will not work. So here we are, 5 months and $1200 later, still no working water softener. Save your time, money and energy and go to a company who values your time, provides quality service and treats their customers better.

When the county implemented the water softening thing, I called Evergreen to get it adjusted and they came over and brought salt for our system. Framer showed up, demo'd old shower framed out new one. Plumbers came back said he screwed it up & he'd have to come back. Give me an invoice for $1785 ($585 over their estimate) And note paid in full except for "Jay finish work" framer was supposed to do a little drywall work putting a ceiling in the shower. He spends about 4 hours on the drywall & tells me he needs $1000 "to be made whole". What a joke! $2785 to demo & reinstall a shower! I don't think 4 hours & a quarter sheet of drywall, a little tape & mud are worth $1000. Greenview Calvary Plumbing didn't finish the job in that there's no collar around the shower head, the drywall was not painted & they didn't completely caulk the shower. Stay away from these rip off artists that don't know what their doing.
