Estate planning can involve a lot of unfamiliar concepts and decisions, and John was exceptional at helping us understand everything without making it feel complicated or intimidating. He spent a significant amount of time walking us through the process, answering our questions, and explaining the reasoning behind different options. He has a particularly good way of using explanations and examples that make the concepts actually stick, rather than leaving you nodding along in the moment and forgetting everything afterward. What also impressed us was how efficient he was. We covered a tremendous amount of ground, but the process was organized, focused, and never felt rushed. He struck a rare balance of being extremely knowledgeable and professional while also being warm, approachable, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. We left feeling informed, confident in the plan we put in place, and very well taken care of. I would recommend John without hesitation.

This time around, having found myself as the one in the cross hairs of the legal system, I turned to the Law Offices of Mr. David Hardaway for my personal defense. Mr. Hardaway was and has been extremely efficient and responsive from the very beginning. My initial request for his services came on a Sunday when I sent him a request by email through his website. Within hours, on a Sunday in the middle of the Holiday season, Mr. Hardaway himself responded to me by phone. During our initial conversation I was extremely anxious and stressed out about my pending charges because I have an extensive past record. Mr. Hardaway did an amazing job of calming me with his patience, understanding, and demeanor- he gave me the impression that my case was not too big to handle and I left that initial conversation calmed and confident that I made the right call. All I will say from there is that there were no broken promises, no false hopes, no shattered dreams. Long story short, he was extremely affordable, extremely knowledgeable, extremely responsive, and... he was able to get my case dismissed. I cannot stress to you enough that Mr. Hardaway is bar none the best in the business. Give him a call, you'll know within the first few minutes that he is a standup guy that actually gives a damn about the people he represents. Thank you, Mr. Hardaway. My family and I are extremely grateful and I could never repay you for the stability you have restored in our lives.

***BEWARE*** STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD!!!!…read more I hired David to help me with my assault case. He talked a big game before he took my money, then after my case was reset half a dozen times so he could collect the monthly payment, everything changed. After I was just about done paying him off he got me no better deal than the very first offer I was offered when I had my court appointment attorney. I could have taken the offer a year ago and been done with everything months ago but I trusted David to help me. Boy was I wrong!!!!! I spoke to another guy at the courthouse who was represented by this lying lawyer and he told me he did the same thing to him. I thought I would be represented by David but never met him, he sent his co- conspirator Trey Thompson. He could never make it bc he apparently was sick every court date I had. This loser will take your money and not do a thing for you. How he gets any good reviews is beyond me. DONT TAKE A CHANCE SPENDING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS FRAUD!!!!
