Ms. Peach accepted my case eagerly and empathetically. She understood that my custody case needed…read moreimmediate attention and services as it had become complicated. She ignored my case and because of her delayed actions in responding to the court, I was ordered to pay my ex's attorney fees. She provided little to no support and seemed to never know the stage and information of my case and seemed to scrounge last minute in court. I thought she would have responded and defended my case better due to her background and instead I was no better off than when I hired her. Basically, I should have saved my $3.5K but I was desperate to find a good ethical and conscientious attorney. Her criminal cases took precedence and my case was again mishandled. Do your research and interview attorneys before hiring and get the agreement in writing!

Firstly, let me acknowledge that family law is an inherently negative process and, while I…read morerecognize that, Lynn and her team made it exponentially more stressful than it could have been. My case wasn't big; I didn't put down tens of thousands of dollars for a retainer. Which is why, I believe, I was treated like a second class client. When I would ask for an update, I was told that Lynn was in court or had a deadline coming up so I'd have to wait. I was very patient for 6+ months...I understood that the holidays caused delays, I empathized when their whole office got sick in January, I accepted further setbacks when I was told opposing counsel was on vacation, I tolerated Lynn's various discovery deadlines and court dates (unrelated to my case). But eventually, my patience waned. Trying to touch base on my case, I asked for a phone call. I was brushed off due to her other work demands or flat out ignored. After 3 failed attempts for a phone call meeting, I gave up and resorted to emails only...which lead to a host of other problems including miscommunication, further delays, and (of course) a large bill. 9 out of 10 documents I received were sloppily done with very little attention to detail. I had to point out common grammar mistakes and, more often than not, there were important parts of the motions/orders written incorrectly or simply did not reflect what we had discussed. (E.g. One of the first order versions sent to me, the terms "respondent" and "petitioner" were mixed up thereby identifying each party incorrectly. Another where the county was incorrect. Another where the motion was for a divorce (I've never been married). And, sadly, I have more examples but won't list them here. PRO TIP- When you receive documents to review, the files must be downloaded to your device or the formatting will be off (previewing alone will mess with the formatting). I learned this at the very end of my case. Had I been told this prior, it would've saved me time, money and frustration. Their billing practices are another problem. I once sent an email very clearly asking 4 questions; I labeled then 1., 2., 3., & 4. Their reply? One sentence telling me they haven't worked on my case and, later that day, I received an invoice for $15. While I will gladly pay for services rendered, $15 just to tell me no work had been done does not sit right with me. Additionally, some invoices are nondescript. I've received invoices for "Staffing" or "Correspondence" or "Email". Which left me with questions such as: What correspondence? To whom was the email? And what exactly does "Staffing" even mean? Sometimes I'd ask for an explanation, one time I even received one! But, for the most part, my inquiries would be left unanswered or I was too afraid to ask for fear of being billed for the billing details (which should've been included in the first place). If you hired this firm and are in a similar situation, I'm sorry. If you want to get your case worked on, you have to beg and plead and keep on top of them constantly, all of which is going to cost you money. In the end, it took 8 months, thousands of dollars, countless emails and a global pandemic (when their office was slow because courts were closed) to finally reach a resolution in my case. Had my persistence and the COVID-19 quarantine not occurred, I truly believe I'd still be in the midst of this nonsense. So my advice is this: Unless you have unlimited resources and time, find another attorney that actually cares and has time for you. And if you're dealing with custody issues, do NOT pay attorneys to negotiate on your behalf. Submit discovery then go to court and/or mediation - it'll save you time, money, and sanity in the long run.

Effort & Prepardness: An attorney cancelled a trial I was to attend when she notified me that I had a trial with the dynamic duo. This was a mild shock nonetheless, as I have a standing order to immediatelly toss in the garbage any mail with the letter head of this business. With around 15 minutes to prepare myself, I went to court. Armed only with one meseley little folder for another trial on me, versus the number of 3 ring binders and accompanying luggage dolly held by them, things looked bad. After presenting both our arguments, the judge ruled in both our favors, mainly because the order presented by them was missing vital information law school is supposed to prepare an individual for I imaginr. I'm not saying I'm that good, what I'm saying is, two schooled lawyers with a trove of case binders and months to prepare are expected to win easily against a guy that dropped out of college with no legal experience that had 15 minutes to prepare. Due to the effort of this firm preparing for their own case, that didn't happen. One thing I noticed throughout my experience, was the Wyle E. Coyote effort in supporting my interests. The unfortunate side effect of their A.C.M.E. strategy is, it will warp and distort your original case until nothing remains while they man the helm. It is advised to note any discrepancy or change made to your original, as well as document any instance of impropriety for future use. Now for the good, One thing for sure, you won't be left in the dark as to "how" your case fell apart as these guy's (one in my case) have all the subtlety of a herpes outbreak on a crack whore in heat. You will be able to tell where key problems are, identify any conflicts to your interest, or exact information leaked as these guy's telegraph more than the pony express, even in official court documents. The one bit of advice I can give is, only communicate via email, trust me on this

Any time I've had questions, I've gotten answers and any time I've made suggestions or wanted to change tactics they've been amenable or would explain in depth why my idea wasn't the best (I'm definitely no atty), but that's the thing - they are willing to listen and explain everything!! This law firm is, without exaggeration, the worst legal experience I have ever had, and in my…read moreopinion they completely failed me as clients, professionals, and human beings. I hired them in 2024 for two MTAGS and again in March 2025, I was trusting them with my freedom during a very serious two engage in criminal activity also two aggravated assault cases. While I was incarcerated, they did absolutely nothing of value for my defense. No motions were filed. No bond reduction hearing was requested despite my repeated demands. I was told that doing their actual job would "make the DA and judge mad," which is an outrageous excuse for pure laziness and fear. I was pressured to accept a 15-year prison sentence without ever being shown discovery, evidence, or any meaningful explanation of my case. Not once did the main attorneys come see me in jail. Communication was so bad that my mother had to relentlessly call, text, and leave voicemails just to get basic updates. The ONLY attorney who ever came to see me while I was locked up has since left the firm and is now a District Attorney sitting next to the OTHER District Attorney's in court. Let that sink in. While I was incarcerated and vulnerable, the person representing me is now literally on the other side of the courtroom. In my opinion, I was misled, lied to, and strung along while my life was on the line. After I bonded out, I immediately hired a competent lawyer who removed this firm from my case something that should tell you everything about the quality of representation I received. When I requested a refund for the complete lack of work done, I was met with intimidation instead of accountability. During an in-person meeting, they pulled out a paper invoice that they conveniently "created," showed it to me briefly, and then REFUSED to let me take a copy with me. I was told they would email it later, which felt extremely shady and unprofessional. To make matters worse, I was then threatened with a potential $7,000 charge simply for hiring another lawyer "without notifying them," despite the fact they had already failed to represent me in any meaningful way. Instead of addressing my concerns, I was told to "go to the state bar," and was even told they've been through this exact situation with "plenty of clients" before which speaks volumes about how this firm operates. In my opinion, this firm takes money, does little to nothing for their clients, avoids responsibility, and then attempts to bully or intimidate clients who question them. The level of dishonesty, incompetence, and disregard for a client's freedom is shocking. I trusted this firm during one of the darkest times of my life, and they completely abandoned their duty to represent me. If you value your case, your money, or your future, do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this law firm as possible.
