Today I reached out about an issue with a Vietnam vet, and without skipping a beat, she was ready to help in any way they could. I want to point out several things I've witnessed from this office: 1. An elderly man who reached out, because he needed help with paperwork but everyone wanted to charge an arm and a leg. He walked into their office and they showed him exactly what to do online, free of charge. 2. An elderly lady walked in looking for legal help. They could not assist her legally, but during the conversation she had shared that her vehicle broke down in De Soto. After she left, Stefanie and her boss gathered money for a bus ticket and she found her and brought her to the bus station, also giving her what cash she had on her. She went further and called a shop in De Soto to look at the car to see if the expenses could be covered. 3. She posted the desire of their office to have a day to do a free clinic to prepare wills for single moms, in honor, and following the passing, of Brandi Webb. 4. They donated free legal services to help raise money for a local family who lost their home in a fire. 5. It should not take more than 2 weeks/3+ calls to set up an appointment. She answers the call like it ain't a business giving so much attitude before we can even give any names. EVERY time I called she always had an excuse for not taking my information or setting up an appointment and never called back. Worst experience ever. The area needs to improve as it is.
