I brought my mother to see one of the lawyers , Jason Leech , for probate after the death of her husband. Mr. Leech was upfront as far as cost ,explained everything, talked her through what to expect when appearing before the probate judge. He is very knowledgeable and respectful . He has a wonderful assistant, Diana, who is the most patient person ever. Deaths are a stressful time, and Diana answered questions even if they were the same ones my mother kept asking. Diana returns calls promptly and kept us up to date with the process. My mother and I went back almost 2 years later to get her financial power of attorney, health directives done. Again excellent. We plan on going back to make her will. They will keep your documents in their vault (free of charge)
so you can access them later when needed .
This is extremely helpful for us slightly disorganized people.
