Fight Ready really stands out as one of the best gyms our family has tried. We've sampled MMA and…read moreBJJ studios across the Valley, and nothing compares. My son only gets a couple of months each year to train these days because of his travel hockey, but he looks forward to every session. We're hoping his hockey schedule cooperates so we can stick around long past the summer. Cleanliness & Facilities: The overall cleanliness of the gym really stood out. You typically need to worry about the tumbleweed of dust and hair at a martial arts gym, but the staff seems to truly care about the cleanliness here. Front Desk Crew: The front desk team has been fantastic from day one. They welcome everyone with a smile, handle all of our questions about schedule and classes effortlessly and keep things running smoothly. Their upbeat support sets the tone for every visit. Coach Bobby's Youth Kickboxing: Bobby's kickboxing class strikes the perfect balance between challenge and fun. He encourages the kids to push their limits, celebrates their progress with high-fives, and maintains a positive, motivating atmosphere. He is also so loud and clear (in a positive and respectful way) with instruction, which is helpful to keep the attention of the kiddos. Coach Jackson's Kids BJJ: Jackson's BJJ sessions are so well organized it's like clockwork. No chaos, no random sparring from day one, just smart, safety-first teaching of cool techniques. We've seen other gyms where kids get tossed in the deep end and walk away with bumps and bruises. Not here. Coach Adam's Kids MMA: Adam's all about the fundamentals, and he makes it feel more like playtime than a drill. He's right there tweaking little details, keeping everyone moving, and cheering them on. You can practically see the "aha!" moments on their faces. Expertise & Credentials: The best part is that every coach is a master of their craft. They are professional fighters with impressive accolades, and they bring that real-world experience to training the next generation of athletes. Coach Helpers & Student-to-Instructor Ratio: Every class includes additional coach helpers, which keeps the student-to-instructor ratio low and makes a huge difference. You can tell the kids love all the coaches; they're always trying to team up with their favorite coach groups. That level of engagement shows the staff is doing a great job keeping the kids focused and interested.

I started coming to IronGloves to train for an upcoming charity boxing match. In just two short weeks, I have learned a ton about proper technique while also losing a few pounds and inches off of my waist. In less than a month, I can already wear dress shirts that I had taken out of my rotation because I had gotten too heavy. I can also see my endurance improving rapidly. During my first personal training workout, I felt like I was going to pass out because I was so out of shape. Now, I'm powering through my workouts while still retaining proper form and technique. Lastly, I can't say enough about how amazing owners Joe and Renene are. Joe is a great trainer who really motivates you to reach your personal fitness goals. Renene is so incredibly approachable and always answers your calls and texts so quickly. She really works with you to ensure that you develop a routine that is rigorous, yet convenient. I will be a client at IronGloves for a long time to come!

Joe & Renenne are owners and easy to work with for memberships, classes, etc. They have all your need for sale on location and for good value: gloves, wraps, t-shirts and gym towels (which are mandatory but available for a mere $1, what else only costs 100 cents these days??) I've been a regular here for 3.5 years and am 49 years old. I participate in Tommy's sparring clases on Saturdays at 1:00. Come & get some.

Usually, I'm a Wing Stop or ATL Wings person, but I noticed they had Buffalo Chicken Dip and I was intrigued. For take out, I'm genuinely impressed with the packaging and the speed of service/delivery! Specific container to divide the two flavors is amazing. Love the clear labeling if it is ranch or blue cheese to avoid confusion. Some wing spots don't do this, and you have to eyeball or taste test. As for flavor of the food, I don't think they gave me mango haberno as the sauce tastes the same on both wings. The potato wedges are amazing and definite order again item! The buffalo chicken dip was okay, but likely not something I'd order again unless in the restaurant as may be best served there. Overall though, it was a pretty solid wing meal and plenty of leftovers as sometimes I prefer cold wings for a late night snack.

With service a tad in the slower side we still managed to get our drinks in a timely manner and topped off while we waited for food. Wings and tots were solid and food overall is consistent with other locations. They did run out of wedges right as we sat down but had plenty of other options available. Once the game was on and food was had what else is there to worry about?
