Several of my favorite instructors are no longer there, and when asked, I've been told "I don't know", which is concerning in itself. Management should absolutely know what's happening with the instructors they hire, and they do, they just lie to your face to keep the peace. Later, finding out it's due to "low participation," which is hard to believe when I've personally seen classes with far fewer members remain on the schedule much longer and even management-led classes with only 2-3 people continue without issue. The inconsistency is obvious. After more than a decade of loyalty, it's frustrating to watch what was once a strong, community-driven program be undermined by poor leadership and questionable decisions.

All the above had to be corrected for new tenant to move in. We are not aware of anything that they had to fight to get repaired. They moved to a much nicer home and area and make a lot of money to behave this way. I document everything that was done. I would recommend them to any landlord in future. I do not why they say these bad things about us. They never called about the deductions or deny they did not do them.
