This is in response to Bryan H. This is just another unhappy tenant who caused damage to a rental home we manage and wants all their deposit back. We had to replace carpet in 2 bedrooms due to permanent stains left by them. Yard was not mowed. Junk was left to haul away. Electric was not on for walk thru. Over a dozen bulbs were blown out. Broken kitchen ceiling light panel. A/C had no filter. Had to have it serviced and cleaned as it was near new when they moved in. A few other items. All the above had to be corrected for new tenant to move in. We are not aware of anything that they had to fight to get repaired. They moved to a much nicer home and area and make a lot of money to behave this way. I document everything that was done. I would recommend them to any landlord in future. I do not why they say these bad things about us. They never called about the deductions or deny they did not do them. read more
