The sauce was a roasted cherry tomato sauce with a basil olive oil drizzle. It was incredible. Italians certainly know how to make and cook pasta to perfection. For our second course, Mr. Bee had Veal Cheeks over Polenta. He loved every bite. I ordered a Filet of Beef and on the side was Polenta, and grilled baby artichokes. Both were delicious.
