Timan reordered and they the came with the correct length, however they were not hanging properly. Again this was Hunter Douglas's fault. A remote control option was suggested. Having decided on honeycomb blinds, the quality and ease of use with remote control and phone app is beyond my expectations. The installer, Gavin quite expertly installed and adjusted blinds, and made sure I understood the operation of said blinds prior to leaving. The end result is a beautifully covered window which allows me privacy when needed and maximizes light when not. I would give Timan more than 5 stars if I could. This was an investment in our home which I believe was worth the cost, as I am sure I shall enjoy the look of this room for many years.

An easy claim but hard to believe without prior experience, so we were both skeptical and hopeful when installation day arrived. Carpet installers Tom and Dave were outstanding in every way. The installation plan was built to meet our needs for moving furniture; coordinating with our pool table experts to disassemble and reassemble our pool table on site; and maximize our comfort during the four days allocated for this installation.
