I asked them to please come out and replace the base which I would definitely pay for and they gave me a price, and that was a month ago! No one has shown up and I have not gotten any type of a callback!

After…read morethe installation we found out that the manufacturer had provided the wrong length, they were a couple of inches too short. Timan reordered and they the came with the correct length, however they were not hanging properly. Again this was Hunter Douglas's fault. To make a long story short Timan then ordered the silhouette from Hunter.. Timan spent a lot of time to make it right, and they did. I can highly recommend Timan & CO Wolfgang Mueller

Having a uniquely shaped window in a difficult to reach spot in the home, Rebecca offered multiple options; was informed of the advantages and disadvantages of each. A remote control option was suggested. Having decided on honeycomb blinds, the quality and ease of use with remote control and phone app is beyond my expectations. The installer, Gavin quite expertly installed and adjusted blinds, and made sure I understood the operation of said blinds prior to leaving. The end result is a beautifully covered window which allows me privacy when needed and maximizes light when not. I would give Timan more than 5 stars if I could. This was an investment in our home which I believe was worth the cost, as I am sure I shall enjoy the look of this room for many years.

Of course there was a fee, but was well worth it after spending months with broken blinds trying to figure out how to get them repaired. Hunter Douglass really needs a better repair option. It seems silly to be stuck to going through the specific dealer that sold you your blinds especially if they are of no assistance. This was only a short drive away. And well worth it. If I needed to buy anymore premiere blinds I'd definitely look here first next time.

I had some custom made curtains in a different room and they didn't fit the other rooms windows, so he cut them down. They only carry Hunter Douglas, but it's a huge selection of options and prices. Location is convenient on Chagrin Blvd and he thankfully has Saturday hours. And the store has many styles and a variety of cord options on display. Bob came out twice to my house to discuss options, bring samples and double check measurements. The cost included installation which was done quickly and efficiently. Bob knows the product line in detail and quickly recommended styles and patterns based on my requirements. He also recommended a cord option that is very slick that I'd never heard of and would have not known to order, but loved it. He's been selling window treatments for over 20 yrs and it shows. He is a professional and a pleasure to work with. He also recommended an alternative to Silhouette shades which looked just like it at a good savings. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that as a comparison shopper I wish he carried at least one more line of window treatments than Hunter Douglas.
