I was told by countless people that I would hate the process of building- that it's long and stressful and difficult to organize everything and make decisions on so many things. When we met the Spall team we immediately knew we would be building with them. Not only did we hear amazing things about them from friends in the area, but we walked through their homes and fell in love with the high quality and well thought out design. They're an incredibly organized and professional team and truly made the process of building our forever home an exciting and enjoyable experience. Building with Spall was the best decision we could've made. We would happily build with them again and will always recommend them to everyone we know.

She guided us through the full process as first time home buyers, referred us to fantastic partners (inspector, mortgage broker, etc), helped us navigate using a VA loan in a competitive market, provided encouragement when our offers didn't get accepted, advocated for our best interests, provided great feedback on home repair/reno considerations, and so much more. I really appreciated how her team worked together to accommodate our schedules, and we loved working with her partners Debbie and Brett when she wasn't available personally. Each project is unique, and beautiful, and she never fails to create the perfect space. Since having great success on flips I've decided to hire Tracey to stage some of my rental properties as well. I was very pleased with how beautiful they turned out and at a very fair price . In addition we received a tremendous amount of prospective tenants , much more than we would have (I'm sure) if we hadn't staged the apartment . Prior to staging we had numerous conversations discussing colors, room dimensions and style we were going for. We couldn't have asked for a better choice of furniture, accent pieces and decor to show off our home. It really did take it to the next level. Our home sold quickly with numerous offers flooding in and we truly believe staging had a large part in this. We had so many local realtors ask for her info and one was so impressed that they asked if they could use our home as the background to their promotional video. Her prices are very reasonable-you can't afford not to hire her! We plan on using Tracey on all of our future flips.
