I've only dealt with this dealership once or twice. I gave them 2 stars simply because the sales department is easy to deal with. Probably won't deal with them again now after Kassandra from their service department sandbagged me. I bought a 1 ton Sierra Denali through them. The truck initially was beautiful. After owning it for 3 months and having less that 10000km on it I noticed that my paint was flaking off all along the bottom on both sides. I brought it in immediately thinking the dealership would contact GM and make it right. After getting run around for 6 months she told me to contact GM myself. I did that and GM said they would look into it. When they finally got back to me they specifically told me that she had told them and her service manager not to repair it because it was environmental damage. I had only owned the truck for 3 months and there was 8000 in paint damage. The paint was so cheap that winter road sand had made it look like a scouring pad was run up and down the sides. The service department rep Kassandra had never actually looked at the damage before she blamed me. I've looked at all the other vehicles that drive into the same work site as me and none of them had this issue. I guess my business will go back to Cambrian Ford for my next purchases. Take my advice, go to Cambrian Ford instead their service department will actually help you not sandbag you out of $8000.
