I stopped in here several times during our trip to Hocking Hills to grab extra pet treats, allergy…read morepills, water bottles, etc. This morning we stopped in one last time to grab a coffee from the Starbucks inside before getting on the interstate and it was very unpleasant. 3 staff members (2 girls, 1 guy) were working this morning, but none of them smiled or greeted customers in front of me (or myself), not sure about customers who came in after me. They are located inside of a grocery store, yet do not have almond milk as a non-dairy/milk alternative option. Just typing this out makes me feel super old, but when I was in college about 9 years ago, I worked at Kroger that was remodeled and got a Starbucks. When they ran out of milk, guess what? They went and removed it from inventory from the store and were re-stocked for customers to continue ordering their beverages. Really wild to me that they are not doing that here. Additionally, I was looking through emails while waiting for my coffees/pastries to be ready, and one of the girls said something and pushed out a coffee, but I didn't hear what it was. I asked if she had said either pumpkin or caramel to make sure it would be one of my drinks and she just goes "PUMPKIN" and walked away. Then the 2nd girl slides over a coffee and just stares at me and says nothing, so I asked if it was also mine and she just nodded her head and walked away. A couple of minutes later, the guy who rang me up brings me over my pastries and slides the bag towards me without saying anything. I truly do not understand why no one in there is talking to customers? Just bizarre behavior. When I got out to my car and got situated, I also discovered that he warmed up a muffin I specially said not to. So overall, just really poor customer service. When we come back to Hocking Hills we will make sure to shop somewhere else.

Too darn crowded. Need more Kroger stores than we have. ONE in Heath, ONE in Newark. That's crazy -…read moreI'm from Columbus originally. When I go there around holiday times, NEVER any grocery carts. Dead scooters near ALL the time. Other than that, I have NO complaints about shopping in person, but my gripe is about the pickup "service." Food NEVER ready at the time I picked, and once, after waiting like two hours, I was texted and/or called saying my food was ready, only it was 8 pm. When I get there, pickup was CLOSED. Why let me know it's ready when they've already closed? I sat there a LONG time and when no one came, I had to go into the store, and got a very rude manager type person. I told her she WAS going to go back to get my items, and she said "nope, not doing that." I had to go back the next day, and I was out of necessary items. She comped me, but not that much. It should have been free, as my friends said. Here I am, tried it again, again they say it will be ready by 7 or 8. OR 8? Again, if I were to go there, it would be closed. So, I'm not even going to bother. I'll get it in the morning. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. I get it, everyone, since at least the Pandemic, has been short staffed, but, don't people want to work anymore? If it's too short staffed, just stop offering it. Problem solved.

The girl complained of the customers, saying that they had bad attitudes because they were there on christmas eve. Obviously she had the problem. I only found out about this when I went into the store on Dec 26. She started complaining. Then I knew that was the girl. And get the earing out of your lip. It looks ridiculous
