I thought the Valley Girl was on the sour side for me. I liked the Leichthaus, crisp and clean, 1st time with that style, but I like the Kolsch style beers. Fantastic idea the wings are very nice without sauce, then you only need to dip the for an added flavor element. Garlic Parmesan is thick, almost like yogurt, it has a quick hit of spicy garlic, then it goes away. The best part is it's balanced, you don't have garlic flavor in your mouth a half hour later.
