I am 62 years old. I was told that I could not buy alcohol at this Kroger with a paper ID. The BMV gave me my expired ID but the manager said it's an Ohio law. I Google it. It's NOT an Ohio law. It said that some stores might say no because they can't scan the paper ID. I went to the BP on 79 and they had no problem looking at my paper and expired license. They sold me the beer that I wanted without any problem. read more

Published Starbucks hours opening at 6 am... drove 30 minutes to pick up order.. not open at 8 am... girl at counter said "oh well open sometime around 9." Not sure how things work out here but what?? Also many empty shelves in produce area. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. read more

The pharmacy is the worst! Don't know how to apply Mfg. Co pay cards. NEVER has prescription ready when say. Always have to order my prescriptions and then they forget to do so. Took me 3 weeks to get one prescription!!! Transferred to Walmart and they had my prescription next day and only had to pay $5 on a $550 prescription once they applied the Mfg co pay card. Kroger tried to charge me $286 saying they had applied the Co pay card!!! They are so incompetent read more

What a nice little Kroger we found while on the road. The exterior has a nice brick with arches in the front. It's a nicer looking grocery store compared to my local one (plain box architecture). Walking inside, I was immediately excited to see the Starbucks and organic fruit section - two of my favorite things in one place! The bathroom was fairly clean. Glad they had a diaper changing table (a little dirty). We didn't do a lot of shopping, but they did have a lot of Once Upon A Farm pouches for baby! So happy since my local one doesn't sell them anymore. The lines were long since only two cashiers. We did self checkout. A lot of options for beer and liquor. Nice as ours only has wine and beer. Love the water option and STARBUCKS! We'll stop here again, if in the area. read more

This is my local grocery store, so I shop here. Or have been anyway. However, I think I will start driving another 5 - 10 minutes away to another Kroger store and try my luck there. This store is terrible!!!! And it starts at the top with the manager, Cheryl...I'm not sure she knows what she's doing. Maybe this is a 'training' store and they just put people at this store to see how they do, like a test. Because she isn't the first one. This has been a poorly managed store for quite a while now. Before the pandemic!!! The shelves are never stocked well!! Even sale items, or especially sale items?! There is rarely a time that I have gone in there and left without 2, 3 sometimes 4 or more items on my list. The deli employees aren't very friendly but maybe I always catch them after Cheryl's been around with her sourpuss attitude. The problem is that I like the Kroger brand for a lot of items, not everything of course, but I don't particularly want to switch stores even tho I don't think Kroger has the best prices. I was looking for a particular item and they were out of it. Surprise. However, for this item I had even stopped at another Kroger store and they didn't have any either. This is something that I have started having for breakfast every morning and possibly the healthiest thing I eat some days :-) So, I actually got on the manufacturer's website to check and see if I could find some...somewhere. It was kinda late the 1st nite I looked and I didn't have any luck checking the Kroger stores. The next day I got back on the website and low and behold, now it showed that a shipment had been delivered to my local store "within the last 3 days". Yeah. I was thrilled. So, later that evening I went to buy some. Nada, zero, zilch. So, I went to the C/S desk to ask for help. Bless her heart, she tried to find someone to help me, to check and see if they had received a shipment. But, nobody would answer her page. Finally Cheryl called and was too busy to check but said to tell me that they didn't have any. Huh ? Now, I COMPLETLY understand that right now there are extreme circumstances...everywhere!!! I get that!!! I truly do. I also understand that this website I checked could be wrong. Had this been the 1st time I'd been unhappy with her or this store it would be a totally different situation. But it's not. Far from it. Oh and when I went to the store this last time, I left without 5 different things on my list. No, none of the items were cleaning products or toilet paper. And right now, with this pandemic, I only go in for a handful of things at a time. I try to get in and get out. I'm not a germaphobe or anything like that and the area that I live in hasn't had a high number of cases of this virus. But, why chance it. So when I go in for maybe 10 or 12 items and they don't have 5 of them, that's a lot. Now, I do want to point out that the CASHIERS are WONDERFUL!!! Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They'll go out of their way to help the customers!!! If it wasn't for them I would have stopped going to that store a LONG time ago!! Especially a few of the gals that have been there for awhile. I just left Kroger and realizing it Sunday and super bowl Sunday during a pandemic your Kroger's had three lines and the 10 are less check open with just one side open for self check the line was confusing and back almost to to pharmacy. And the amount of people in there that are not permitted to where mask was shameful. I with I would have looked over before putting anything in the card I left with one of your clerks. My anxiety was getting the best of me not to mention how annoying this was. I literally had to run out of the store without my grocery. If nothing else this store needs to get a mask policy AND MORE CHECK OUT CLECKS they should be getting people in and out. read more

This is a top notch Kroger. It's the closest grocery to my in-law's house, and it's still a good half hour drive. Luckily it's got everything we need so we don't have to drive even farther out. Good meat selection, nice deli and bakery. Wide variety of beer. It's been a long time since I've lived in the Midwest, but whenever I come back I notice that Kroger seems to be getting better and better. Not as good as Wegman's though, so no 5 stars. Small Kroger Customer service is one star. When you ask a question they respond as if you are bothering them. I asked one simple five word question and the woman responded in such a rude way I wouldn't have bothered with the item even if they did carry any. I finished up my shopping quickly after that exchange and I don't foresee another trip. At least the woman at the checkout counter was friendly hence the two stars instead of one. Clean and offers everything I expect when I am looking for groceries.

They sell sushi rolls containing Tuna Scrape passing it off as "Spicy Tuna." Tuna Scrape is waste meat from Tuna that is ground up and sold as a food product. It tastes nothing like whole Tuna and provides a greater risk of food borne illness. Kroger does a disservice to their customers by passing off this product as Tuna and charging the same amount as if it were whole. read more
