I think we ended up with 4 or 5 different bids. There was one company that sent out someone to do the measurements that had no knowledge of pavers so I couldn't ask questions. Gary is super knowledgeable and explained everything in detail when he came out to make the bid. That made us very comfortable making our decision to go with him. This ended up being a 5 day job. Gary showed up multiple times a day every day not just making sure things were done right, but he was also working right beside the crew. We LOVE how everything looks! It turned out GREAT! Gary was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and great to work with. We have had MULTIPLE people that we don't even know comment on how good it looks. Several of our neighbors wanted bids for themselves before he left. We have zero complaints and cannot say enough good things about him! Showed up 3 hours past the scheduled timeframe. Brought the wrong granite pieces and the wrong color. The employees had us call Ed and then Walter who both said they "don't know what happened." They also stole 3 pieces of granite from our home without our consent and is refusing to return them. Terrible management, workmanship, and professionalism.

This guy Michael Hale is a fraud and a liar! He took…read moreadvantage of my 76 year old parents, charged them over $15000, for 900 sq feet of laminate flooring, and to knock out a wall!!!! Job wa done in Feb, and now, over the last 2 weeks, the floor is seperating, and sagging to the point that my mom, who just had a major surgery last month, cannot sleep in her bed, as the floor has sunken so far down through the floor joists, that she will fall through if she tries! The estimate said he would inspect and repair any subfloor issues with their apprival, but never bothered! The floor is now popping up, sagging and is dangerous to the point that it is unlivable! He ripped off the elderly, and even though he shows a 1 year warranty on his website, he refuses to even come look at it, and swore at me when i called him, as it is none of my business what he did to my 76 year old parents!!!

I stopped in and DPC Rental was busy! No worries, business moved along at a brisk pace; and, I had the saw in my cargo bay in no time. John even carried it out to the car. The saw worked a treat; but, I had gotten a late start and could only return it the following day. This morning, it was much quieter; and, returning the saw was easy. All the staff were professional and helpful. DPC Rental (also known as Florida Rental Equipment) is large, clean, and well organized.
