We worked with Jacob to make a plan and work out details and needs. Jacob assured us the plants would be avoided as best as possible, and went over what should be moved or tied back to help ensure they were protected. Inevitably a couple of plants were just too in the way, but overall the team took lots of care around them. There was a little delay with the posts we went with and Jacob communicated wonderfully about this, and worked to get us in immediately once the posts were finished with the fabricator. Cristian led the work crew and was an excellent communicator throughout. We ran into a couple of underground wires that were not properly marked by the marking company, he was extremely remorseful and one of the guys ran out to get parts immediately to put in a temporary fix. Again, this was not their fault, yet they took responsibility. The team worked hard for several days, always communicating what was happening. They were respectful, and not loud (except for power tools as needed). The project made a bit of a mess, I was a little worried about clean up, but Cristian assured me they would be doing a full clean up once the project concluded. They did such a great job cleaning up! For such a nuanced project, they did an excellent job and we would highly recommend them. We are so pleased! Thanks Neighborly!

Optima did an excellent job on our fence!…read more We received four quotes for our project, and Optima was the most reasonably priced. Elijah walked us through the different cedar and post options, which was very helpful. When our neighbors expressed interest in having part of their fence done as well, Elijah was happy to meet with them promptly to provide a quote. Andreii was extremely communicative and kept us updated throughout the project. They completed our fence (including our neighbor's portion) in just 2.5 days. Our fence required some shrubs to be trimmed, which they handled as well for no extra cost. They did a great job cleaning up afterward. We were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the work and the overall experience. Highly recommend Optima!

I found Ace Iron Works website and looked over some of their completed garden gate and walkway gate projects. I was impressed! I called Ace to inquire on their availability, left a voicemail, and they got back with me promptly. I spoke with Jim, who asked that I email him a photo of my gate entrance and some measurements. I did so and he then followed up with an on-site visit. He took some additional measurements and we discussed some ornamental details that might be unique to my yard. Later that evening, he sent me a sketch of the proposed iron-gate with intricate details, just as we had discussed, and an estimate. He even proposed installation within about 5 weeks. I thought the price was reasonable. Everything went according to plan. My backyard has been enhanced with a beautiful garden gate. It allows for additional light and even a breeze that had been absent. On a sunny day, a shadow of the gate is cast upon the ground, revealing the beauty of the lines and shapes of the design, as if it were etched into the surface. Ace did a great job on my project and I am a satisfied customer!

We had to replace our wooden fence after septic replacement. In the first visit, they gave us an estimate, a date when they will be able to come. Their sales person did not try to upsell us. He was knowledgeable and tried to give us options based on what we needed. He told us we didn't need to replace most of the posts and reduced our cost. The crew arrived on time, we didn't have to baby sit them. They finished the job cleanly and went away. Second time, we had to call them to repair a metal fence damaged by a fallen tree. This time, they just asked for pictures, they gave me a range over email and scheduled their crew. The crew had all the material and they finished super fast. They could have asked us any money and we would have paid because we had open house that weekend. Instead, they focused on solving the problem and got out as fast as they can so avoid any negative impression on realtors showing the house.
