Brandon and Marka have created something really cool here, and in a world where CrossFit has gotten way too serious about what it is (exercise), they've kept it fun. That's a great thing. In terms of space, CrossFit Crossroads isn't the biggest CrossFit gym you've ever seen, but it's super clean, well-organized, and the rig is great. It's all the space you need. And really, I think the smaller size is a really good thing. When gyms are too big, it's inherently harder to get to know people, and there are a lot of cool people here that you'd want to meet here. Best of all, they really care about all aspects of fitness at Crossroads. They want you to have fun getting fit, learning how to move well, and challenging yourself along the way. Good programming and a positive atmosphere are things that separate one CrossFit gym from another, and they have buttloads of both of those things here.

They have a fundamentals course that is 3 days a week for 4 weeks, and includes two additional weeks of gym membership. The course doesn't just include instruction on all of the different exercises and very individualized coaching on the right way to do the movements, but also includes coaching on diet and nutrition as well. However, not only did they charge me the $15 to come, they then told me I'm not allowed to bring my child because I'm not a paying member. Well I just paid and how can I decide that I want to be a member if they don't let me bring my child to try. And then to top it all off they "don't process refunds themselves" they have to send it out to corporate to process the refund. So long story short, if you have kids, don't waste your time. Get a membership to Paul Derda and you'll be much happier.

I joined Hotworx in February 2026 and I have been motivated DAILY to workout! I have never sweat as much as I do in the workouts and I get pushed to point of failure in every class (which is awesome because it just means I'm challenged). The staff at the Westminster location is great and makes cleanliness a top priority- which is very important in a sauna environment.
