There's a reason every person here wrote a 5 star review…read more I came to EDX on the recommendation of two friends to talk to Angelo about individual training. I was coming off a knee injury, had a handful of other aches and pains, and felt like my training (which I had been doing consistently for years), had started to plateau. Working with Angelo has been a game changer, and the depth of his fitness and coaching knowledge is absurd. Simply put, I've made measurable, significant gains in every area of my fitness. While I don't work directly with the other coaches or attend the classes (I use the open gym for the individual training plan Angelo writes for me) everyone on staff is friendly, helpful, and most importantly incredibly knowledgeable. There's no attitude here, just the expectation that you'll show up and work hard. Additionally - I've had multiple sessions with Liliana at EDX Bodyworks (the attached sports therapy clinic) - and she's a wizard, it's a great resource to have on hand for when tweaks and injuries pop up. I've been a member of probably 6 or 7 gyms, this is the best one yet, my membership will end when Angelo and Liliana decide to retire. No matter your fitness level, if you're serious about getting in shape do yourself a favor and give the EDX community a shot.

I just celebrated my year anniversary with Cutthroat and I have loved every minute of being a part of this community. Thornton's best kept secret! Great place to get fit, healthy and strong in a supportive community…read more I've been a member for just over 2 years and have been lucky enough to get to know all of the coaches in both the FIT and Crossfit classes. I appreciate that the workouts and WODs can be scaled, I can make it MY workout wherever I am that day. We've had fun comps, nutrition challenges, stretching workshops, and just added Crossfit for Kids (which my son attends). I appreciate that ownership listens to our feedback and ideas. Gets 5 stars from me... come check it out!

This gym offers a traditional CrossFit class, but they also offer a competitive class, a strength class, as well as a Flex class (similar to a CF boot camp style). What has really given this gym 5 stars is the fact that they have offered skills clinics (jump rope and gymnastics) - which has exponentially helped me in these aspects of my training. This gym definitely has a lot to offer and is well worth the investment!

CrossFit Crossroads is an awesome place to get in amazing shape with positive energy all around…read moreyou. Brandon and Marka have created something really cool here, and in a world where CrossFit has gotten way too serious about what it is (exercise), they've kept it fun. That's a great thing. In terms of space, CrossFit Crossroads isn't the biggest CrossFit gym you've ever seen, but it's super clean, well-organized, and the rig is great. It's all the space you need. And really, I think the smaller size is a really good thing. When gyms are too big, it's inherently harder to get to know people, and there are a lot of cool people here that you'd want to meet here. Best of all, they really care about all aspects of fitness at Crossroads. They want you to have fun getting fit, learning how to move well, and challenging yourself along the way. Good programming and a positive atmosphere are things that separate one CrossFit gym from another, and they have buttloads of both of those things here.

I've been a member of, and worked out with, multiple Crossfit locations, and this is the nicest one- with excellent coaches and a great group of people who attend. Most Crossfit places are like a warehouse- barebones shell of a place with workout gear. This place is more like a really nice gym or spa. Some coaches at other gyms could care less if you do the motions correctly, but not here. They know their movements and they do a great job giving constructive, helpful feedback and pointers. This not only helps you avoid injury, but really helps you maximize the workout! They also push you in the workout when you need that extra motivation to get in one more rep and get everything you can out of your time there. Whether you're not in the best shape and want to do something about it, or if you're in good shape and want to get better, this is the place for you. I know Crossfit can be intimidating, but you won't regret trying it.
