Been going here for over 1.5 years now and it's great! Programming is well. Definitely gets my heart rate up. All the coaches are super friendly! I usually go in the mornings with Coach Ines who is awesome! Nights with Coach Ceci is great too. Her aerobics classes makes me feel better about myself AFTER the class. Not during. lol. I love how they have monthly challenges. Also give away for 50,100,250 visits etc. It is a nice incentive to get you going into the gym! They have so many different classes too. Not just CrossFit. Olympic lifting, aerobics, boot camp, and more. Ruth, the owner, is always so helpful whenever I need anything. Also, she is so damn hilarious too! Only wish they had a bit bigger gym. Any where you do crossfit, whether locally in the bay area, out of state, or even internationally, you will always be welcomed to a box (Crossfit Lingo for gym) where you feel like you're at home. However, not all boxes are built the same. Because crossfit gyms are affiliates, each crossfit owner brings their own flair to the business. You can have unlimited memberships that give you access to great programming for crossfit, bootcamp, olympic weightlifting , great events and even massage therapy. It has everything you'd ever want and need in a gym at a reasonable price! I immediately felt welcomed at this gym. Even though I have been here for a month, and life hasn't slowed down at all, I always look forward to coming to Crossfit San Leandro. I am grateful to the people who show up daily. I have made new friends and have a deep respect for the community. 2. A good crossfit gym has good programming. I have been instantly impressed with the programming here. It is solid and you definitely get a good workout in. The thing for me is, besides Crossfit can be intense, it is important to me that you are learning the technical skills to execute moves appropriately, that you are learning new things and being challenged, and that there's a good amount of variance that allows people to scale (do the work out program but at the level for you). I Also CSL has reframed my whole life and my belief in what I am capable of and the community and commitment of the members inspires me to show up daily. 3. They have massages here!! I am constantly preaching about active recovery. It is not enough to just work out hard. To experience gains, we also need to rest well. That means using massage therapy, yoga, and hiking as a way to give our muscles a break while still moving. I love that Crossfit San Leandro has a massage program and an amazing massage therapist Karla. She helped remove the knots in my shoulder injury from doing bjj! It's more than just a box. I've always been skeptical about Crossfit. Like, it just seemed as though it was complete hype. A phase. And the people that did Crossfit were all culty, paleo-loving, judgmental, folks. I wanted nothing to do with that. I'd even tried a couple boxes and it was a hard pass. Then came Crossfit San Leandro. My whole view changed. A good friend from team in training kept saying how great CFSL is. How the coaches are amazing. The people that go are encouraging and welcoming. She was right. Before you can start doing WODs (workout of the day), you have to sign up and complete the basics course. It's offered in the AM and the PM for two week periods (3 classes each week). They break down common terms, movements, and get you prepared for your first class. I survived and decided I wanted to really do Crossfit. WODs are broken up primarily with a stretch, warm-up, strength exercise/movement focus, then the WOD. They can be an AMRAP (as many rounds/Rep as possible), x movements for time, etc. I've done WODs at various times but prefer 5 AM because it works with my schedule. There's also other classes such as Olympic weight lifting, self-directed (on your own), rowing, and strength. One of the major barriers I had was pricing. Crossfit can be SUPER expensive. CFSL is the most reasonably priced box around. Seriously. Check out their prices compared to others. The WODs are also posted on Beyond the Whiteboard which you'll receive access to once you sign-up with CFSL. The people also really make this a great place to join. I started CFSL in 2017 and it was one of the best decisions for my well being. Not only have I learned a lot more about fitness but I became a part of a beautiful, supporting community. The coaches work hard to ensure everyone is receiving the proper instructions on forms or the WOD (workout of the day). All classes are socially distanced, limited availability (book in advance), equipment must be wiped down after use so you feel safe and comfortable while getting in the zone. Being in an ordinary gym for over a year I got really bored and was up for trying something new, something different. I'm one of those people that has heard a lot about crossfit (online and word of mouth) and thought it was only for idiots who (obviously) love to hurt themselves. Scepticism at its best. Well, little did I know how much surprise I was in for. CFSL has an introductory course (6 lessons in the course of two weeks), which is great, cause if turns out you don't like crossfit, you can still just stop/quit afterwards (at least you gave it a go, right?). But that probably won't happen. For me it was love at first sight. Or should I say lift. :) Ruth and LeeAnne (the owners) are both very well trained in physical therapy (masters and doctorates) and they always ask about your injuries and/or any other concerns/trouble you might have (prior to working out). They take great care of showing how to do things the right way so you don't get injured. So does the rest of the staff (Mae, Amanda, Marcus, Jason, Joanie, Jesseca and Miguel). They are all great! After half a year (or 100 WODs later) I can honestly say I'm not quitting. If anything, I might get myself more than just 3 classes per week. There wasn't a boring moment in these 6 months for me (if anything I'm more and more driven to do things that I currently still can't do). I was in an ordinary gym for more than a year and was never able to lift as much as I'm able to here. My posture got better, I got some muscles and I can even do some cardio now, without dying (not a huge fan of running). And the cherry on top - the community here is great! I've never encountered such an amazing support. We cheer together, we laugh together, we sweat together,.. and we sometimes even hang out outside of the gym. It's a pleasure to come into such a positive environment and work out with these people. I can thoroughly recommend CFSL. They're the best! read more

Say it with me, "CROSSFIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT!!!" Since this is a review about the actual Crossfit gym and not a review about the workout, if you want to learn about what Crossfit actually is, LOOK IT UP and then come back and finish reading my review. I've now been a member at Crossfit San Leandro (CSL) for exactly a month now and thought it was the perfect time to give it my review. I figured that after a month, I'd be able to accurately gauge whether I should continue my 3x/week per month membership or find another gym. To make a long story short: I'm staying AND today, I've upgraded my membership to UNLIMITED. But what would one of MY reviews be without the long story? So here it is: I had been doing Crossfit informally for a little over a month before joining CSL. My cousin, who is a certified Crossfit trainer, and I along with a couple of our friends would go to a regular gym to do a Workout of the Day (WOD). However, more often than not our WODs would be interrupted by one of the other patrons of the gym. As a member of a Crossfit gym, I no longer have to worry about this problem. CSL isn't much of a gym as it is a community. Oh wait, Scratch that. CSL is a gym-as-a-community --- if that makes any sense. And there are three factors that make CSL extremely appealing 1) The Trainers, 2) Your Fellow Crossfitters, and 3) PRICE. The Trainers/Owners: The Trainers are absolutely great. It's clear that they love what they're doing and know what they're talking about. They've helped me on EVERYTHING from turning my crappy form around to setting goals for myself to simply motivating me. And my results prove it: In the FIRST month I've lost 12lbs, MAJORLY increased my strength (for example: deadlifts from 250# to 330#--among increases in other lifts/presses/squats), and increased my lung capacity (runners, you got NOTHIN on me). Above all, Trainers instill a strong sense of discipline and motivation to get through each WOD. **A Note about the Owners: This is my first Crossfit membership from anywhere, but I was taken aback on how open and friendly the owners of the gym were. Where else do you get gym owners inviting the entire gym to their back yard BBQs?** The Fellow Crossfitters: You should know that support, whether it be, "GO BO GO! or GET YOUR A@# OFF THE FLOOR AND MOVE!" is EXTREMELY important, especially when you're confronted with seemingly impossible WODs. Everyone is supportive here. Everyone. And after a month of joining crossfit, you can definitely identify the newbies (as I was) to give them that extra support. This was my first impression of Crossfit San Leandro and one of the many reasons I look forward to coming to class. The Price: With all the hooplah about the US descending into another recession, VALUE is exponentially important. I dare you to find a better value than CSL. I've looked. It's unbeatable. And as of Oct 2011, an Unlimited Membership at CSL was cheaper than MOST (check it), MOST if not all Crossfit gyms in the Bay Area. In many cases CSL's Unlimited Membership is cheaper than some gyms 3x/week per month memberships. Save Money People. Other impressions: CSL isn't big by any means but part of the beauty of it is in its smaller size. There is only street parking which hasn't been a problem for me so far since I go in the morning. Ceilings are relatively low so you won't be doing any rope climbs (that was not a deal breaker for me). I'll try climbing a coconut tree when I get home. Overall: The Trainers a great. My soccer buddy Kian disappeared from our regular game for about 6 weeks. When he came back he was a different guy. Stronger, faster more energy. On a ride home one day he told me all about Crossfit SL. I'm 51, busted knees, messed up back, over eating, 3 kids, new baby, generally worn out and worrying that my soccer playing days are rapidly approaching a messy ending. But I hate gyms. I hate the stupid boring machines and the dumb macho nonsense that seems to go along with it, not to mention the fees and contracts and complicated signing on procedures.. Non of this at Crossfit SL!! I was worried I'd be intimidated but the opposite is true. They are very welcoming and supportive. It's also a g deal. I signed up 3 weeks ago. So did my partner! Already I feel better. So does she! In fact I felt better after 2 sessions!. Just this morning I discovered I have a "1 pack"! Not bad for a guy who only had a fat pack 3 weeks ago!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! Crossfit is definitely a culture and I drank the kool-aid. It becomes an obsession and a lifestyle. The family at Crossfit San Leandro is warm and open to new people. Even though you can tell they are all super close, they are not snobby or mean to a new member, even one who has never done crossfit or anything like it before. So I walked in my first day of basics (that's right they offer a 2 week basics class for those of us who know NOTHING) very nervous. Amanda teaches it and she could not be more friendly or encouraging. And it's not just while she is coaching, to this day when I'm in classes she makes sure to check in on me and make sure I'm using proper form and still pushes me to keep going. I usually go to the morning classes taught by either LeeAnne or Rita, both are super fun and push me to the next level. I have been going 2-3 times a week for about 3 months now. I'm beginning to push to 4 times a week. It is great and I have definitely seen results in my strength, physique, and confidence. For kids: They just started a Crossfit Kids program. I don't know too much about it since I do not have any children but I have heard nothing but fantastic things. read more

I had never heard of CrossFit before. My wife, a former dancer and trainer brought it to my attention after she took a class at the SF CrossFit based on a recommendation from one of her patients. In the end It wasn't for her (she's a pilates, yoga, Bar Method kinda gal) however she felt that I would really respond well to the CrossFit approach. Coincidentally around the same time, the San Leandro CrossFit opened their new location 2 blocks from my home. It wasn't long before the first of the year rolled round and being desperate for a New Year resolution I strolled in to sign up for their basic program. I've since moved on to their regular program and ... sweet Jesus does the CrossFit approach whip you into shape quickly. This is COMPLETE fitness that blends 'old school' routines for increasing strength, flexibility, agility and stamina. You will sweat, curse, cry and wheeze but will look and feel the best you ever have in a very short time. It's highly, highly addictive because the results come so quickly. Ruth and Leanne have created a terrific environment that is welcoming to all ages and fitness levels. Been coming here about 3 months now. The improvement in my flexibility and strength has increased drastically the instructors are hella cool. Plenty of parking and lots of class times, even on Saturday and sundays. If your a newbie you'll have to take a introduction class, I'm glad I did, the instructor teaches you every movement your going to perform in great detail. The workouts are intense you will leave drenched in sweat and they never seem to get easier because everyday it's something different but it's addicting, ive met lots of really cool people of all ages here. I don't know if it's a crossfit thing but everyone is super supportive. I highly recommend checking this place out. read more

I don't do reviews often however I definitely wanted to do a review as I think this place deserves one! I'm a total novice/newb to Crossfit. I had a background in sports but I allowed myself to fall into the corporate desk job laziness. Also since healing from a gazillion major surgeries the past 5 years, I wanted to find a new outlet besides just going to the gym. I did do the basics at the Crossfit CSA in Dublin about 9 months ago. The owner Jessica and the coach filling in for the main basics coach were both great there! But perhaps it was the major bro mentality or that the main basics coach made fun of those in the basics course who couldn't get the moves down that just totally turned me off to that location and in a way... to crossfit altogether! After months of searching for a new spot because I genuinely wanted to get a positive and real experience of Crossfit... Crossfit San Leandro popped up in my instagram feed. I read the reviews and bios... and noticed the rainbow flag in the pics. Instantly, I knew this place seemed to be inclusive to all people and fitness levels and could be my kind of place! Ruth added me to the basics course and I'm so stoked she did. Roxana (one of the basics coaches) has been totally incredible. It's amazing what a supportive/good energy coach can do to eliminate any insecurity those starting out at can have. I am actually grasping the moves/concepts now that I'm not in the weird, somewhat judgmental environment as I was at the other Crossfit location. If you're a beginner, nursing an injury, overweight or feel as though your identity is in the minority at other places... check out Crossfit SL. Such a positive, HUGE, cool place. I've waited a good 4 months until I gave my review. Tried all the morning coaches- Joanie, (awesome!) Dirk, Matt and have had Amanda and Roxanna for basics. Crossfit San Leandro can be summed up in one perfect sentence: This place believes in you more than you believe in yourself. That being said, this place is more supportive than any other gym I've been to thus far. The people are supportive and great, the owners are supportive and great, the variety always keeps you on your toes. No pressure competing with the person next to you, or for a spot on the floor or for any equipment for the WOD. Leaving my gym of nearly 15 years for Crossfit San Leandro was probably one of the best things I've done for myself and my sanity. I hope this place never changes! read more

I'd give CFSL ten stars if I could... Where to begin??? I started going to CFSL in May of 2011. Before beginning here, I'd been your standard body-builder/gym rat for over a decade. When I'd first heard of CrossFit, I thought it was the run-of-the-mill "fad" workout regimen. It wasn't until I tried my first CrossFit workout at my old "globo-gym" that I realized what it really entailed. I was in good shape before I started doing CrossFit, but I wasn't nearly the athelete I am now since having joined. When I first wrote to Ruth about joining CFSL, I told her that my overall goal was to become a better athlete and that my immediate goal upon starting would be to get a "muscle-up" (if you've never heard this term, YouTube it). Well, I achieved my first muscle-up the first week I was there - please bear in mind that this was attained through excellent coaching on the part of the trainers - and I haven't looked back since. CrossFit has improved my life in more ways than I could possibly describe in a review. It is simply the best and most functional form of fitness you can partake in. IT WILL LITERALLY IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF YOUR LIFE. In regards to CFSL, we are like one big family. This isn't just some lame platitude, either. We see eachother nearly every day. A lot of us spend time together outside of the gym (even holidays). We genuinely care about one another. If you don't believe me, I encourage you to drop in during normal hours and watch how we interact with eachother. We laugh, we have fun, and we appreciate eachothers company. Oh, and we also lift some serious weights. That being said, the common bond that we share, and the thing that keeps us coming back, is the fun that we all have together....And getting really fit. That happens as well. I hear people, many of whom have never actually done a workout, talking about CrossFit being "dangerous". Sure, I guess it is potentially dangerous IF YOU DON'T LISTEN TO YOUR TRAINER AND/OR YOUR OWN FREAKING BODY. I wouldn't have someone whom I just taught to use a chainsaw cut down a 200 ft. redwood tree. The same principle applies here. I have never, EVER, in my time at CFSL seen a trainer encourage poor form for the sake of "performance". NOT ONCE. In my experience, people who hurt themselves doing CrossFit are the same ones who don't take coaching tips well or think they are "hot s#*t". People at EVERY level of fitness are capable of doing CrossFit SAFELY, they need only follow the instructions of the trainers. Every single CrossFit workout has the ability to be SCALED, meaning it can be tailored to fit the individual participating. There are 70+ year-old members at CFSL who workout regularly and without complication. Anybody can participate in CrossFit. So what's the bottom line? CrossFit San Leandro absolutely RULES. We don't take ourselves too seriously even though we lift some serious weight. We laugh A LOT. Whether you want to start CrossFit to compete as an athlete or you simply want to get in the best shape of your life, this is the place for you. The trainers are awesome and the people who go there are awesome.....I am also awesome, and I'm there nearly everyday, so if you join you'll have that going for you as well. CFSL - The best. I dropped in here once during the holidays since I was away from my home gym and I gotta say I wasn't that impressed. Albeit, they had just moved into a new space. I paid $15 to drop in and they wouldn't accept card (who doesn't take card?). Anyways, lifting portion was great but the wod was a real doozie. I think it took all of 3 minutes and was with dumbbells, basically something I could have done at home or at the globogym since there wasn't really any coaching going around. I had to spend an extra 45 minutes doing my own thing just to feel like I got a good workout in. I hope it's not usually like that... Otherwise it's a cool space with lots of room. read more

The Coaches/Trainers are the best , no matter what shape your in you will become better . I trained in the typical bodybuilding style , lat pulls , curls etc. I could smoke a cigarette before and after a workout ,and after my first week at CFSL I knew I had to quit smoking. Granted the Coaches /Trainers are great , but the core competitors are so nice , helpful , and always willing to help you out . This is a lot of what makes CFSL amazing . I am personally offended that my posting was filtered because it was sincere and genuine from the jump...FIVE STARS!!! I have been doing Crossfit for over a year now and still love it. The people who work out there and the staff are still great. The programming is purposeful and varied so you are constantly improving your skills or lifting more weight while never getting bored. Since the gym has moved to its current location on Alvarado Blvd. they have added more programs like Rowing, Crossfit Kids or Double-Under Clinics, have more parties and they have a Paleo food truck come a couple times a month. If anyone has ever been curious about Crossfit, but a bit nervous trying it, this is the place to come. Everybody is supportive. read more

I was a long time Crossfit skeptic. Partially because I thought it was a fad-wagon everyone was jumping on to. But also because I have had multiple dislocations in my shoulder and figured I would be asking for trouble. After moving to Hayward and quickly realizing that all the gyms in the area essentially suck and most places seem to offer the same experience: self-directed weight/cardio training + uninspiring classes + mediocre trainers = a monthly membership I never use. So instead of holding a mini bonfire for my hard-earned income each month, I decided to see if there happened to be a Crossfit nearby, and if so, I MAY decide to pop in and see if I can be convinced. Yup, I'm one of those "open-minded skeptics"! Short story: I was convinced and I'll never look back. So glad I gave it another chance. Longer story below... After a little searching, I stumbled upon Crossfit San Leandro and poked around on the website. To my shock, both owners are thoroughly trained in Physical Therapy, Masters degree and beyond. Ummm, yea...that peaked my interest. I spoke to Ruth and felt really at ease. She acknowledged my concern about my shoulder injury and assured me that her and her staff are all very diligent about using proper technique to prevent injuries. In fact, she teaches the required 2 week beginner course herself. After signing up 4 months ago, and also convincing my wife to join as well, I can honestly say I am so glad I did. Training has never been more fun. I'm losing weight, feeling really great, and enjoying the process. In addition, the trainers are all very helpful, knowledgeable and actually care. And the whole "crossfit community" thing you hear about? Yea, it's real. We've already formed some new friendships, that are sure to be lasting ones. read more

I moved from the central valley to San Leandro and felt welcome by this place from day one. Amazing staff that actually walks the walk and cares about you as an individual. Youre not wasting your time on some boring machine in a crowded gym, youre becoming a better human being, improving your cardiovascular health, spinal structure and physique. I have personally watched many classes that vary in intensity from beginner to advanced (where some people were almost puking). I have been powerlifting competitively for the last few years and I can honestly give this gym (even though I don't like to call it a gym) 5 stars!! You wont be disappointed. read more

joining cross fit has made me enjoy my workout more.i enjoy waking up early in the morning for my 715am class. a big plus to CFSL for having so many classes at different times. Everyday is a different WOD (workout of the day) people there are really friendly so you won't feel like your uncomfortable exercising. I am a 41 year old mother of three and full-time care taker of my terminal mother. I began my journey with Daron about two months ago and I cannot express in words how his training regimen has, not only began sculpting my body back to "before children" shape, it has been the catapult in making the focus I give in the gym a part of my every day life! A few weeks ago, if anyone had told me that I would be able to dead lift 261 lbs. I would never have believed it. But Daron saw it in me, he pushed me and I did it!!! Ruth and her partner, LeeAnn have really helped me out. At 56 with bad knees but otherwise in good shape, I thought I was ready for knee replacement surgery. What a stroke of luck to find fitness trainers that are professional physical therapists. With their guidance, I'm doing intense activities without the pain that I use to get; all because they've shown me the right way to build up certain muscles to protect my joints. One on one instruction, a great workout, postponed surgery; and it's really inexpensive. I shouldn't spread the word cause then I'll have to share. But I think I owe them and it's nice to share. read more

Now that I've been here for two months, I can honestly say that this Crossfit is amazing! The camaraderie and coaching at this gym is like nothing I have ever participated in. It seems that everyone, from the truest athletes, to the beginners, want every single person to do their very best during each WOD. I love to be pushed and I find it incredible that it's not just the gung-ho trainers that give each other inspiration but also from other participants in the classes. The trainers at this gym (I mainly work out with Joanie and Marcus) are very motivating, thorough and seem to somehow have a third eye for spotting when form is poor or when you've done a good job, even if you thought they were not paying any attention. For as much as people talk a lot of trash about Crossfit, this one is truly unique and I think the owners are to thank for this. When a business has two solid leaders that truly care and believe in what they do, it inspires everyone around them, from the staff, to the consumers. I am inspired every time I walk in there and have pushed myself in ways that I didn't know I had in me. So yeah, Crossfit is a bit pricer than your average gym. But think about what you are getting out of it that you would never otherwise have at a 24hr gym (or other such places). You get a team cheering you on to be a better version of yourself, a trainer that will be sure you do your best, classes that give even more one on one training and true comaraderie. It kicks my butt, but I keep coming back for more. I go a couple times a week, which is the perfect supplement to my yoga training. Who knows...I may even go more days a week in the future. I absoultely love getting my workout on at Crossfit San Leandro! Ruth, Markus, Amanda, Vincent, Rita are all amazing trainers on the crossfit methods. I am officially addicted and I don't see myself ever getting bored working out there. I have always been a marathon runner, and fairly new to cycling(Did the AIDS LifeCycle 10 ride this past spring) these methods used to work at keeping me lean. I have realized in the past year or two that the older I get the more I needed to incorporate weight training into my routine. Joining Crossfit SL is definitely one of the best workout choices I have made in a long time. I can't wait to see more and more changes in my fitness level & body. read more

Absolutely love this box! I am a traveling physical therapist, so hopping around can be challenging.. my only regret is I didn't get more time here. I have experienced a number of CrossFit gyms throughout my travels and nothing makes me happier than finding a solid one! I think the programming is very good & diverse including major strength movements (not repetitive each week), WODs, accessory training, incorporating an adequate amount of cardio and even random games for fun. There is an adequate amount of equipment that it's not necessary to share unless you want to. The coaches are awesome.. there is no class size cap and they have 2 coaches for the larger class times. The space is enormous & they offer a wide variety of class times. I will say some boxes have less of a welcoming atmosphere but this box felt comfortable the moment I stepped foot in the door. Ruth is awesome, thank you for a great month of classes. Joanie, Matt & Miguel are excellent coaches (my schedule fit their coaching slots). They offer a rowing class & strength class. There are various membership options very fairly priced especially when comparing to other Bay Area crossfit gyms. You can tell a lot about a gym by its members, the members here are so friendly and make the work outs super fun & enjoyable. Also to note there is a wide range of skill level which I think is awesome, I would 100% recommend a beginner CrossFitter to this gym! If I ever end up back in the area I definitely plan to return to CrossFit San Leandro! Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed. read more

I love this place! I started coming here last October (2013) and thought I'd try it for a few months 2-3 times a week. But now the last couple months I have been coming 5 times a week. Why? Because no workout is ever the same. I never get bored. I have lots of fun. The results I am seeing are fantastic. Everyone there is so positive and nice., a real sense of community. The trainers are great there. They are so motivating and really want to make sure you do every move correctly. People come here from teens-60's and all shapes and sizes and fitness levels. I really like the motivation I get from seeing all different types of people and abilities workout together. read more

My partner and I were members at Crossfit Oakland (CFO) for 6 months and ~2 years, respectively, and we just switched over to Crossfit San Leandro a little over a month ago. I miss the folks at CFO (Mike Minium is an amazing trainer), but Ruth and Leeanne, who own CFSL, are super sweet and willing to have class for just one or two people... and the box is tiny, but the location can't be beat (right off 580 at Dutton/Estudillo). I live in SL and work in Hayward, so it often took me the better part of an hour to get to CFO during rush hour. Now I could bike to the gym if I wanted to, but I'm not sure that biking to the anguish of a Crossfit workout would be a smart thing to do. I know I'd get there, but I'm not sure I'd make it home :) read more

Best gym I found. After working out at various fitness centers, I stayed at CFSL due to the supportive, caring, and highly knowledgeable staff. With my time at CFSL, I have lost over 30lbs, gained mobility in my surgically repaired knee, and accomplished things I never felt I would. Along with the personal gains, I also gained a tremendous support group of family and new friends. I would highly recommend CFSL to anyone looking to better themselves. You will gain much more than just physical fitness. read more
