There's 24 hours in a day, so why not dedicate 30 minutes in your day to get Healthy, because Health is Wealth! This is by far the best boot camp program I have ever joined. All the coaches (Trevon, Chris, Jordan) are so welcoming, motivating, friendly and helpful! They run an awesome program to get you fit! Castro Valley FBBC place makes you want to continue to come back every day and it gets addicting. The programs are unique, you never get bored and they always change it up. Come join the fun and get fit at the same time with this fun filled fit fam environment (my two daughters come and hang out while I get my workout on)! I can't say enough except check it out yourselves and you won't be disappointed!

I love Fit Body Boot Camp Castro Valley! I've been going there for about a year and a half, the transformation in which I've seen in my body is miraculous! There is a steady balance of motivation and compassion, for me that's what finally made this my home away from home in getting back to the best shape of my life! Coach Trevon has such experience that if there is a move you're doing slightly incorrect, he's right there to correct and modify your movements to reduce injury. Not to mention the family type setting he's created, I love all my morning workout peeps as well as my afternoon peeps. When a new person comes for a trial workout, it can be intimidating, but we all will take you under our wings and guide you thru with praise and encouragement. Come on thru and give it a try!

I found CVFBBC through an Instagram ad. Weird, I know, but so glad I clicked. I've been coming since September 2021 and feel the best I've felt since pre-pre-pandemic! Coach Trevon is awesome! I need someone creating workouts for me and motivating me in a way that works for me. For me I need to be pushed, for others I've seen his softer side that's a cheerleader, and for those just starting their fitness journey; the extra attention and care. The people here are great too! If you're going to wakeup to workout at 5:30am on a Monday, they need to be!

I'm originally from San Diego and there are plenty of gyms around my area. However, my sister did mentioned she lived in an older more suburban neighborhood. Unfortunately, I wanted more of a challenging HIIT class that you can find at Barrys or F45 (both of which are an hour away from here). With that being said, they do have TRX bands and assault bikes as well as a variety of weights. They also offer beverages between $1-$5. They were also nice to let you use the assault bikes before and after class. I was expecting more of an energetic and motivated crowd but it was more of a mellow crew of retirees and a preteen boy. It was definitely not what I expected in a bootcamp/HIIT class. Nevertheless, it was a great class albeit I felt like the only gym rat there. Earlier in the class, there was some confusion (partially because the trainer was also teaching people online) but he was able to modify some of the routine so most of us understood what to do. I never expected wanting to do more after a workout but this is a great class if you want to be challenged but not physically exhausted. I also recommend a voice amplifier and more prompts (i.e lift your arms above your head, etc) for the trainer as there was some confusion (maybe due to the music, his low tone or lack of prompts). Will visit again if I'm in the area as it's relatively close to where my family lives. Parking: Plaza Parking Recommendation: They have a first timer special - 3 classes for $50 that includes personal training but I would check online or in person to make sure that it's accurate. They also offer open gym to those with classpass!

I have multiple injuries and body issues that make it hard to work out. I was always injuring myself the moment I tried to do weight training on my own. With Awesta I give him feedback on when something is challenging or exacerbating an issue--I'm learning good form to avoid injuries. He is always responsive and finds modifications so I can stay engaged the entire work out. I also find it more affordable than I expected. I don't do the group classes though they look great, it's a bit too advanced for me given my limitations. Being in there a few times a week, I watch the entire staff cultivate a warm, welcoming environment where you/they say hi to everyone who walks into the space. It's also very diverse. I'm talking both staff and members, culturally, age-wise, body types, genders--no one ever makes you feel you don't belong there.

She seems to know everyone by name, which really speaks to how dedicated and personable she is. She always takes the time to greet members and genuinely helps create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It would be great to see some newer equipment and additions like a Smith machine or hip thrust machine. My sister and I had an uncomfortable experience when we visited together. A trainer asked us to swipe in separately, assuming we were trying to share a membership. The way we were approached didn't feel very welcoming or respectful. It's also frustrating to see the owners opening a new Pilates studio while this location still needs updates. And honestly, for a women's-only gym, it's surprising there's no childcare option. I think that would make a big difference for many members. I prepaid for an annual membership and honestly unsure if I will renew when the time comes.

Everyone there is so warm and welcoming, and there is no judgement there at all. There are so much laughter and chatter, it's always such a warm and fun atmosphere. I know it's seems almost impossible to wake up at 5am and be at the gym by 6am for exercise, but once you get into the rhythm of starting your day early and sleeping early, it does wonders for your body and energy! The pricing is also very affordable, and bootcamp membership is offered in chunks of 3-months/6-months/a year. I'm only be in California for an undetermined amount of time, and after expressing my concerns, Mitch was very understanding and accommodating, so we were able to find something for me. Time flies really fast during bootcamp, but what I really appreciate is that there's no pressure to do beyond what you're capable of, you can go at your own pace and no one will judge you. Dianne and Mitch both demonstrate each exercise so it's easy to follow along, and they keep track of how many sets of each exercise we do. One of the biggest things they emphasize is correct posture, so you don't accidentally injure yourself during exercise. I've walked out of gym feeling all my muscles aching (in a good way!!) and I definitely am feeling so much healthier and less antsy I recommended my sister to come here as well and today was her first day of PT. It's her first time going to a gym for exercise, so having a PT to personally guide her was a good choice. She said it was a little bit of a challenge but she appreciated how attentive they were to the exercises she could do and the ones she struggled with. Needless to say, this was a great choice for us!! Thank you so much!

Their water filter says it needs to be replaced, I don't know if that is accurate or not, but I did try it and it tastes fine. 5.The parking lot gets tight, I wonder if the spaces are not regular sized because I have had to climb into the driver's seat through the passenger's side because someone parked too close even though I park pretty smack dab in the middle between the lines.
