One day I was going to Costco nearby so I decided to go to this location. When I checked on Yelp, it didn't have any ratings. I drove there and the gym had large windows facing the street and the two sides of the parking lot. I couldn't see any people inside, or the lights on and the door had one of those realtor key lock box. My first impression was that it wasn't open yet or that they have closed. I drove around the property again and I finally saw a person inside, so I parked and went in. When I walked in there was a gentleman inside the office and I asked him for the WiFi password. He pointed to a sheet of paper and asked me to first read the gym's rules. I did and I told him that they were the same as my home base AF. I asked when did they open. He said that in February of this year. The place is small, but everything looks brand new, with the newest equipment of any AF that I have visited. I retired from the hospitality industry so I am very picky in sanitation and looks of places that I visit. The place is pristine! My only negative observation is that they have paper towels and a spray bottle without a label as a cleaner. I prefer gyms that have antibacterial gym wipes as some of the clubs have. Otherwise, the gym is excellent and I wish the owners great success.

There are lack of clamps for safety and broken carabiners used to attach accessories. My membership was cancelled when I gave them a detailed negative review of issues from minor to major concerns. Do not respond to their email surveys or you risk retaliation from this coward company. I have never seen anyone cleaning the area, wipes are many times empty, and AstroTurf area is so dirty it feels greasy. Managers are arrogant and incompetent, many issue unfixed for over a year. After moving here, my husband and I were set on finding a good gym for our lifting and after trying half a dozen we tried out Designer Bodies and knew it was perfect for what we needed. It's not as large as some gyms around here but the equipment is some of the best I've seen and the owners are always around. There are a few things that could improve, but hopefully as the membership grows some of those things will happen naturally. I would love if they were able to move all the cardio and yoga mat stuff into a separate back room, it would give more privacy to them and more space for lifting equipment (another squat rack!). Another thing would be if the music changed. Currently, it's a little on the mellow side and I prefer a gym with upbeat music playing over the grunts of everyone working out. I also would love if they had longer hours as my job prevents me from getting in before they close on some nights. But again, these are all small things that are not going to prevent you from having a killer workout. I love the vibe here. Some people, like myself, like to get in and get out, and you can do that here. You can also hang out, like others do, and everyone seems to be pretty friendly so that's cool too.
