Great gym...... But..... Way too hot and there's no relief at the fountain. Water is straight from the water heater.

Gym has a wide variety of machines and plenty of benches, squat racks. Also, gym is very clean and well-kept.

I started February 2026, it has been the gym I needed, perfect in every sense, the concept and the…read moreintensity in a short time frame is perfect. Every session has been different and me personally like the surprise not knowing whats to come instead of looking it up in advance. All the instructors, the staff and the owner are professional, very friendly and welcoming. The gym and al the facility is always super squeaky clean and fresh. I have finally found a gym that works for me. I feel and starting to notice the changes and improvements physically and health wise as well. Thank you SPENGA and everyone that makes it what it is today. You all Rock!!!

As a gym junkie, I can state with authority that I know the fitness scene in Albuquerque, and this…read moreSpenga place is legit. Over the past decade, I've graciously bled pools of sweat in gyms all over this metro, from CrossFit barns to bootcamp-style conditioning, most recently completing about 18 months at Orangetheory, where I sustained several minor and debilitating injuries. I gave it my all, spent a pretty penny on physical therapy, and finally decided to ditch the treadmill for spin classes. But Spenga's much more than a spin scene. You do 20 minutes on a bike, 20 more on the floor (free weights, kettlebell, TRX, BOSU), and 20 minutes of yoga. Originally, I definitely had reservations, but now that I'm about two months in, I can emphatically state the following: * I burn 700-900 calories per class * The yoga is super good for me * The music's pretty good (better than OTF) * It's more affordable than OTF * The instructors are polished and personable * The facility is spacious and clean * I'm injury free From a community standpoint, this place is more of a drop-in-get-it-done-and-leave kinda situation, which is great with me, but if you're more motivated by a gym full of besties, look elsewhere. I'll note they could get better at correcting form, and I would appreciate more class options, but I've never lost a penny from a late cancellation (there's no need to reserve ahead of time) and I could be wrong, but I think I'm actually seeing the results of these workouts. My wife warned me not to pen this review; she wants to keep the place to herself. Sorry, Laura, now everybody knows.

I dunno about you, but the whole pandemic thing made me gym-phobic for more than two years. If…read moredeadly germies were going to circulate anywhere, they would proliferate in the gym. We turned our living room into a makeshift home fitness center and managed to workout daily for years, and even after the Great Unmasking, we were hesitant. In September, we decided to give this Orangething in our backyard a go. Five days a week, this place has me dripping within about 13 minutes of the hour long ordeal. For the uninitiated, this program cycles through treadmill, rowing machine and floor exercises, every day offers a dynamic, carefully timed routine, and I always start on the tread because I'm the type of person that wants to get the worst part over with right away. I can say that during my decade-plus time working out at UFC Gym, I never lost weight. Here, in just a couple months, I'm down at least seven pounds and two inches disappeared from my waistline. Sweet. The quality of instructors generally blows me away. Diverse in gender, ethnicity and age, these people are the pinnacle of professionalism, I just can't believe they teach every class as if they've rehearsed it for weeks. The office is friendly, and if you're a social butterfly you'll find your gun show tribe, here. Most importantly, you'll tell yourself, over and over again, "I can do anything for 60 seconds" and in time you'll know precisely how short, and achingly long, 60 seconds can last.

To put it plainly I was unhealthy and miserable, I had spent many years chasing after the next fad diet and was always in search of next new fitness trend that would hopefully captivate my attention enough to stick with it long enough to see results, much to no avail. Everything I tried was temporary thus were my results. I was frustrated and lost. I decided I needed help from people who know what they are doing and so my internet search ensued. I came across Training Innovations reviews online and thought, "well self I haven't tried this before, the clients seem to rave at their success" so I decided to reach out to Korbie, which I must admit was the best decision I have ever made (honestly!). Over the course of my journey to a new lifestyle of understanding the importance of gut health, clean eating, doing cardio with intention, and remarkable strength training sessions; Korbie, Jordan, and Kayla guided me from a starting weight of a whopping 200.5lbs to now hovering around 147lbs. I went from a size 16 pant to a size 4. I am so proud of myself, the best compliment that I've received from my family, friends, and coworkers is "Britt you look fit" and I do, I love the way I feel which is healthy and happy. No more pumping myself full of toxic transfats and waiting for a month of Sundays to restart my 'diet'. Korbie equipped me with the knowledge of knowing when to eat, how to eat, and what to eat... he taught me right away the value of planning and preparation which is precisely what I needed because I thrive on structure. Every time I would falter, I knew I had to fess up so he could provide guidance but he did so in a way that didn't make me beat myself up further. Jordan is a phenomenal personal trainer! He connects well with each and every one of his clients... when it comes down to it, he knows his stuff and can jam pack an hour long workout session to make your body feel it for a week, he's the 'Quad King'. He genuinely takes the time to ensure you know what you are doing and why you are doing it, he really loves his job and it shows in not only from his clients but the guidance he provides to other trainers. Kayla is a force to be reckoned with, she provides constant encouragement not through flowery words but by helping you push beyond what you believe your body's limits are. I cannot say enough how grateful I am to the entire team at Training Innovations, they know what they are doing and if you are willing to dedicate and invest your time, money, and attention Training Innovations is well worth is! The skills that you learn here go beyond the short term and arm with the skillset for a lifetime of success. I am extraordinarily grateful and wish I found them earlier.
