Huge workout facility with many machines for lifting, pulling, pushing. Treadmills and ellipticals…read morepointed to a long bank of televisions tuned in to various channels to keep you entertained while you're moving in place. Thirty minute circuit was roomy and everything worked. All of that, great! Where we're let down today was the locker room. Paper on the floor, small and dirty showers, trash here and there. This was a 4pm on a Saturday and the place was not at all busy. I did my workout, found the cleanest of the dirty showers, and got on my way. This was not at all a good PF for cleanliness in the locker room. If you're not needing that and only want to work out, this one would be fine. My only thought is it's in a not so good neighborhood and there are homeless wandering around in the parking lot. But I didn't feel unsafe. It's also a small gym. I don't think I've been in such a small planet fitness before. The spa is not cut off in a secluded space and separate. It's actually on the inside when you first walk in to the gym. But still private enough. I'm just passing through on my way up through the state and I might actually stop by tomorrow morning too rather than use the gym at the hotel. Beautiful brand new equipment and nice people.

Gabriel and I sat down to talk about my goals, weight loss, health and eating habits. Gabriel created a personal weight-loss, strength-training program that targeted my goals. Gabriel has a way of opening your eyes to the truth and keeping you accountable so you can push through and be set free. My greatest achievement was when I came to the realization that the only person holding me back was myself. This has been an uplifting, life-changing experience. The program was 3 month (12 week) program! The goal: losing 10lbs and gain muscle. I gained 6 lbs of muscle. My body fat percentage went from 42.1% to 21.8%! My BMI was reduced from 29.25 to 26.8! I returned home and received an email from iron soul stating that my membership had been cancelled because I was "staring at female members and making them feel uncomfortable". I had no idea what they were talking about and racked my brain as to how something I did could be labeled as excess staring . I called and left a message for an explanation and right to defend myself, I emailed back and asked how they could kick me out without speaking to me on the matter based on someone's subjective opinion of what my eyes where doing. They did not answer my calls during business hours and did not respond to my email as of yet. They labeled me guilty without the decency of giving me a combat veteran and first responder the right to defend myself against accusations on my character. This is such a disappointment because I loved the training there so much However if this is how they do business and I feel that I have to walk on eggshells and look at the ground in order to not inadvertently offend someone there than I rather not be a part of that gym. Hope you have a better experience than I did however another former member I know was telling me something similar happened to him so I'm not crazy.
