I've been a member of CrossFit Naples since February 2012. This is not a gym run by someone whose only qualifications are having attended a weekend Instructors Certification course. Coach Mario knows what he's doing and and is incredibly knowledgeable in all things nutrition and fitness - diet, exercise science, proper form for the Olympic lifts and other functional movements we do - I feel like I am expertly advised on all of it. Mario and the other coaches are also very charismatic and encouraging, without acting like drill sergeants that push you too hard. I look forward to going to CFN several times a week like it's going out to a bar with some buddies. Can't think of a single member that I don't enjoy working out with. And we are still a small enough membership that no matter which day of the week or time of day you decide to go, odds are you will know almost everybody there. Always heard many stories about Crossfit, some of them good others not so much. Heard about so many accidents & bad experiences that I pulled myself away for a while. I've never been a fitness guy, neither into sports at all, but after all the good comments about "Crossfit Naples" specifically, decided to try it out. And yes, I loved it, mostly after a month when started to notice the differences in my body, and started to feel great about my self appearance and gained self confidence. There are different things I love of been there: 1. I can see real results fast staying healthy; 2. The trainers they are devoted & passioned about their job, encourage, lift up & help you to improve every time; 3. The attention is personalized, you have a voice; 4. The ambiance is great, really enjoy sharing time with the trainers & crossfiters; 4. The place is always clean & organized; 5. I joined CrossFit Naples 3 1/2 months ago and everyday has been life changing for me. Each work-out I have experienced is different, challenging, and growth inspiring. I continue to learn more about myself, the work-outs, and technique/form. The community is positive, encouraging, and always going the extra mile to answer questions concerns with dedicated focus on seeing you succeed. I started here in December 2015 after relocating to Naples, FL from the Jersey Shore. In the last 7 months I have lost 7% body fat and dropped 2 sizes in my clothes. I have worked out in gyms my whole adult life but have never seen this kind of transformation in my physical appearance or my fitness. The staff takes sincere interest in helping their athletes find the most logical balance regardless of age or fitness level when starting out. Coach Mario is sincere, honest, and gives his time freely to help us reach our goals. He has a sensible approach to nutrition that does not demonize foods, making it interesting and doable to stick to an eating plan that allows for losing body fat while staying totally energized for the workouts. I am extremely shocked that someone would say that CrossFit Naples is "Unprofessional, and dishonest! DO NOT go here! Sadly, We were treated awfully. They will likely not be in business for long." I have been going to CrossFit Naples for 2+ years now and I can't imagine my life before them. This gym is by far life changing. I've dropped in at CrossFit Naples several times. Sometimes, right after Christmas, the classes have been huge, and sometimes, in the late summer, the classes have been small. It doesn't matter: Mario is an exceptional coach. He's perhaps the most natural coach and teacher I've worked with, someone who can't help himself from helping you. He's actively engaged in every class, and even in the large classes he's somehow found the time to help me learn to move better. Every time I've dropped in he's helped me get better. I dropped in at CrossFit Naples while I was down on vacation with my family. It was open gym when I went by - and there were only a couple of other people working out. The owner - Mario - came right over and welcomed me to his box. He could not have been more inviting. We talked for a couple of minutes and then I got my workout in. The facility was extremely clean, the equipment was in really good shape, and it was a great place to get in a workout. I absolutely love being a member at CrossFit Naples! It is the most fun I have ever had working out. I honestly look forward to the workouts, not only are they different and challenging but also thoughtfully programmed. We were in Naples for a getaway weekend, but wanted to stick to our normal Saturday routine of going to Crossfit. With that said, we were happy to have found a Crossfit in Naples. Once we got there, worked out and spoke to the staff and members, we were SO PLEASED with the experience!! The first time I dropped in, I didn't have to look around to see who is running the place. Very welcoming!! They came right over to me immediately and intro themselves. Staff is very knowledgable on fundamentals and helped me with a few of the moves. Mario (owner) explains moved and functions extremely well and knows what he is talking about. Was in Naples for a week of business and needed a workout to eliminate some stress. Really enjoyed my drop-in to CFN. A bit hard to find for my Uber driver at 5:15 am, but once inside Mario made me feel like an old friend. Programming was terrific and Mario helped me hit a new back squat PR with an important tweak to my technique. The box was very clean and well-organized. Good looking t-shirts, too! Was down on vacation and after doing some research decided to go to Crossfit Naples. Nice, clean, and organized box. Sign up process was unusual but it worked and ensured that class size was small and each person had proper coaching. What separates CN from other boxes I've visited is the coaching. Mario was helpful by improving my lift techniques and even rowing form. He is energetic, high energy, and motivates in a great way. Will be back next year for sure. read more

I was visiting Naples for a couple of weeks and had the opportunity to visit Crossfit Naples 4 times while I was there. They were welcoming, professional, and fun. After seeing my friend of 12 years literally do a 180 and transform her life I went to a class with her to see what it was all about. At many other gyms its easy to feel uncomfortable and unsure of what to do to keep up with a new group,but not here! Both coaches came up to introduce themselves, made sure that you understood how to properly perform each work out, and instructed us through a challenging and effective workout. My boyfriend and I wanted to drop-in for a class while we were in Naples for a wedding. Unfortunately, our flight was delayed and we weren't able to make the 6:30am class that we had signed up for. The owners were so accommodating and allowed us to attend the 5:30pm class instead. Loved the atmosphere of the gym and really appreciated the coaching from Mario. I dropped in to Naples Crossfit for the past two days and have had a great experience. I have worked out in Boxes around the country because of my job and this has been one of the best Crossfits so far. The coaches were very welcoming and knowledgeable especially Luke and Kirk.
