When I arrived each day the trainers took me through the warm up exercises and promoted technique over weight. Which I greatly appreciated because this was my first time doing CrossFit and I didn't want to hurt myself. Trainers are motivating and are visible on the floor helping. Despite having a large class, the people in the class and the coach were able to make sure my form was good and challenged me to push past my normal limits. From beginner friendly to years of experience, this gym welcomes you. It has a small, never crowded feel, with having everything you need. Including a sauna and yoga classes!
