Another woman placed her belongings down next to a machine to reserve it for herself for AFTER she was finished with the machine she was working on. I contacted the corporation via email and they said they would put signs up to stop people from reserving equipment but there were never signs put up. I joined this club and paid the extra $30 compared to another club that charges only $10 a month so that I could go in the pool and the Jacuzzi as it helps my pain. The last time I went to the Jacuzzi there were five or six old men sitting in the tub and one of the men was very threatening telling me that everyone took their shoes off before going into the Jacuzzi and I did not (I had flip flops). I wondered, were these losers kicked out of their senior communities? Why were all of these men there at the same time? When I started at the club there was a younger crowd and I liked the fact that I wouldn't have to use my parent's senior community jacuzzi and be hassled by mean old people there. This corporation is doing nothing to improve the club. It's going downhill. It makes me wonder if they're trying to make members want to leave so that they can bring new members in and charge higher fees.

My mother in law took me here to show me her work out. She takes a Bootcamp class here with JD and…read moreit was AWESOME. The first class kicked my butt, but in a good way. Justin at the front desk was lovely and polite through a confusing ID issue (hot tip: bring your ID). Highly recommend the gym.

I am writing this as a male gym member who personally witnessed this incident from a clear and…read moreunobstructed view of the front desk. On Sunday, September 27, 2026, between approximately 9:00 and 11:00 a.m., I witnessed what I consider to be an absolutely unacceptable display of aggressive and abusive behavior by front-desk employee Kasey toward three women members. The three women were Black, Asian, and Latina. One of the women--the Latina woman--is a Zumba instructor at the gym. What I witnessed from Kasey was not simply someone being frustrated or having a disagreement with members. His behavior was aggressively confrontational, hostile, demeaning, and intimidating. His treatment of the Asian woman was particularly disturbing. He became violently confrontational toward her, yelling at her and repeatedly insulting her by calling her "illiterate" and saying that she "cannot read." He also threw pens and papers toward one of the women during the confrontation. I had a clear view of the front desk, and I personally witnessed this behavior. This was not something I heard about afterward or something based on somebody else's account. An employee calling a member "illiterate" and telling her she cannot read is degrading and humiliating. An employee aggressively confronting members and throwing objects toward them is completely unacceptable. Whatever disagreement may have preceded the interaction, nothing about a normal customer-service dispute warrants an employee behaving this way toward members. And this wasn't one woman being treated poorly. Three women - Black, Asian, and Latina - were subjected to Kasey's hostile behavior. I am deliberately not claiming to know Kasey's motivation or intent. However, given the circumstances, management needs to determine exactly what happened and whether discriminatory treatment played any role. That question should be investigated rather than dismissed. Management should preserve the security footage immediately. The footage can establish what occurred at the front desk and should be reviewed before anyone attempts to minimize or rewrite what happened. I am calling on management to: * Preserve and review the security footage from approximately 9:00-11:00 a.m. on September 27, 2026. * Interview the three women involved. * Interview witnesses who had a clear view of the front desk. * Review Kasey's conduct and statements in their entirety. * Determine whether his behavior violated employee conduct, harassment, or member-treatment policies. * Take appropriate disciplinary action based on the findings. * Explain what steps will be taken to prevent another member from being subjected to this behavior. This should not be dismissed as a personality conflict or an ordinary disagreement. I witnessed an employee in a customer-facing position behave in a manner that was hostile, degrading, aggressively confrontational, and completely inconsistent with professional treatment of gym members. The front desk is supposed to be a place where members can get assistance, not a place where they are screamed at, insulted, humiliated, or intimidated. Kasey's conduct needs to be investigated, and management needs to demonstrate that it takes this kind of behavior seriously. I witnessed what happened. I am speaking up because members should not have to endure this treatment, and incidents like this should not simply be ignored.

The place is small but clean - there are 12 pilates reformers so the classes are small. Using their app to schedule or see my progress is great. The negatives - you must book your classes in advance or else you won't get in. I've been waitlisted & gotten in so that's an option. Also, the memberships are $$$. I signed up for 3 months at a special rate of $179 a month. They waived the initiation fee & I got 2 free classes for this promotion. However, after 3 months the price goes up to $199 a month. They sell clothing & some merchandise there & there is plenty of parking. Wish it wasn't so hard to get into classes or so $$$. Great way to work your core!
