I joined recently after almost a year in a different gym. It is great value (I joined for €169 for…read morethe year) At just over €3 a week, at least I won't feel too bad if I miss a week or two ;) It's quiet a large space with plenty of machines. I find lunch time or just after is great time to go as it's quieter. There are loads of free classes too from yoga to spinning to pilates and zumba! I'm yet to try these out but I'll get around to it. There's plenty of different machines and props to work with too. There's vending machines with protein bars as well as drinks incase you feel peckish or faint ( (and it happened to me - I was hardly working out that much!) Anyway, All round good experience so far!

I do adult kickboxing classes three times a week and must say that every class is different and you are guaranteed to get a great workout. Belt testings are on regularly so it is a great incentive to keep training and improving. Not to mention that it is an absolute honour to be trained by GM Massan (10th Dan Black belt) !
