Well, I'm biased of course... I'm the instructor, Rachel! But I have to say there's no place I'd rather be than with an inspiring group of people who have all come together to move, breathe, balance, bend, twist, and also, to be still together. As we lay down at the end of the class for Savasana (relaxation), with the sun (sometimes)! coming in from the sea... it's as if the world stops for a while... and I'm pretty sure everyone walks out feeling good every time.
