There is a limited membership to each location. Its cozy and smaller. It's open 24/7. All of these factors resolved my issues with other gyms. My initial sit down assessment with Aidan was included in my package. He was the first trainer that could explain my extreme fatigue during my workouts and told me some simple tips I incorporated in my own workout by myself and it made a huge difference. He was very knowledgeable about explaining how he can move forward with my concerns and goals. On my assessment I had a body scan to see where my percentages were. Due to staff error, my license was mistakenly given to another guest. When I asked management to help retrieve it so I could leave, I was told the guest was at work, there was no guarantee she'd return, and I should just go home and come back the next day. I was essentially being asked to drive without my license and hope a stranger would bring it back later. That is neither safe nor reasonable. After management claimed there was nothing more they could do, I had no choice but to call the police, as I could not legally leave without my ID. Even law enforcement had difficulty getting the guest's contact information from management. Thankfully, the police were able to resolve the issue, and the guest's husband returned to exchange IDs. What stood out most was the lack of care after the situation was resolved. I waited at the entrance while managers continued casual conversations with staff. Even after my license was returned to the building, no one came to give it to me. I had to get up and ask for it myself, as if the entire situation had slipped their minds. The issue wasn't just the mistake--it was how dismissive and unprofessional the response was afterward. Guests deserve better communication, urgency, and respect, especially when personal identification is involved. I hope this review helps others make informed decisions and encourages this location to do better.

Once I decided that I felt confident that I would be able to continue working out on my own and expressed that I no longer wanted their services, they did everything in their power to complicate the process of terminating the contract. They came up with any and every type of excuse that they could to try to continue to get money from me long after I stopped attending the gym and utilizing their services. I am currently in a situation where I told them months ago I wanted to end my contract, and they then required a 30 day notice so another months payment, and then after receiving that, they have taken 2 additional payments out of my account and are trying to say the contract was never closed out to continue taking money out of my account. Also, now they refuse to answer their phone for me and are saying my account is still open. I wanted to support this Black owned business and had good results from Jibril's training efforts, but the level of customer service is not worth the results. Additionally, Madison, you are not good at your job, maybe you should look into some other opportunities because working with customers isn't one!
